Description
Claims (21)
- パッチそのものの内部に電子部品層を含む多層構造を有し、患者への取り付けに適し、少なくとも患者の血液の酸素飽和度を計測する単一片の使い捨て酸素濃度計パッチであって、
前記パッチに実装される光エミッタと、
前記パッチに実装されて、前記光エミッタから出力されて患者を通過する光または患者から反射する光を検知して、少なくとも患者の血液の酸素飽和度に関するデータを取得する光検出器と、
前記パッチの前記電子部品層に実装されて、前記光エミッタおよび前記光検出器の制御を実行し、取得されるデータから少なくとも患者の血液の酸素飽和度を算出する電子回路と、
前記パッチに実装されて、少なくとも患者の血液の算出される酸素飽和度を遠隔装置に発信するトランシーバと、
前記パッチに実装されて、前記電子回路、前記トランシーバおよび前記光エミッタに動力を供給する動力供給手段と、
前記パッチに設けられて、患者に取り外し自在に前記パッチを取り付ける取り付け機構とを備え、
少なくとも1つの同種の無線型パッチ酸素濃度計に取得した前記データを送信するように構成されたことを特徴とする酸素濃度計パッチ。 - 請求項1に記載の酸素濃度計パッチにおいて、当該パッチに実装されて、算出される患者の血液の酸素飽和度を少なくとも表示するディスプレイをさらに備えることを特徴とする酸素濃度計パッチ。
- 請求項1に記載の酸素濃度計パッチにおいて、前記電子回路は、前記パッチの前記電子部品層に一体的に実装されるASICを備えることを特徴とする酸素濃度計パッチ。
- 請求項1に記載の酸素濃度計パッチにおいて、前記動力供給手段は、前記パッチから所定の距離内に離れた電源から電力を取得することを特徴とする酸素濃度計パッチ。
- 請求項4に記載の酸素濃度計パッチにおいて、前記電源から電力を受け取ると、前記パッチから離れたモニタシステムに、前記パッチを着用する患者から集められたデータを送信することを特徴とする酸素濃度計パッチ。
- 請求項1に記載の酸素濃度計パッチにおいて、前記パッチは、少なくとも患者の指または患者の耳たぶ周りに巻き付けられるのに適する包帯を備えることを特徴とする酸素濃度計パッチ。
- 請求項1に記載の酸素濃度計パッチにおいて、前記パッチは、患者のひたいまたは患者の他の実質的に平たい面への接着に適する包帯を備えることを特徴とする酸素濃度計パッチ。
- 請求項1に記載の酸素濃度計パッチにおいて、前記パッチに実装される少なくとも2つの電極と、前記パッチの前記電子部品層に実装または前記電子回路に一体化されて前記電極の制御を実行し、少なくとも患者の1つの他の生理的パラメータを計測する追加の電子部品とをさらに備えることを特徴とする酸素濃度計パッチ。
- 請求項1に記載の酸素濃度計パッチにおいて、水分を遮断しつつ電気的に絶縁性に形成されて、前記電子部品層を保護する少なくとも1層の保護層をさらに備えることを特徴とする酸素濃度計パッチ。
- 請求項1に記載の酸素濃度計パッチにおいて、前記パッチから離れたモニタシステムに、前記パッチを着用する患者から集められたデータを送信することを特徴とする酸素濃度計パッチ。
- 電子部品層を含む多層構造で形成され、患者への取り付けに適するパッチと、
前記パッチに実装される光エミッタと、
前記パッチに実装されて、前記光エミッタから出力されて患者を通過する光または患者から反射する光を検出し、少なくとも患者の血液の酸素飽和度に関するデータを取得する光検出器と、
前記パッチの前記電子部品層に実装されて前記光エミッタおよび前記光検出器の制御を実行し、取得されるデータから少なくとも患者の血液の酸素飽和度を算出する電子回路と、
前記パッチに実装されて、少なくとも血液の酸素飽和度で代表される信号または患者から取得されるデータを遠隔装置に発信するトランシーバと、
前記パッチに実装されて、前記電子回路、前記トランシーバおよび前記光エミッタに動力を供給する動力供給手段と、
前記パッチに設けられて、患者に前記パッチを取り外し自在に取り付ける手段とを備え、
少なくとも1つの同種の無線型パッチ酸素濃度計に取得した前記データを送信するように構成されたことを特徴とする酸素濃度計。 - 請求項11に記載の酸素濃度計において、前記動力供給手段は、前記酸素濃度計から離れた遠隔電源から電力を取得して、前記遠隔電源に対して所定の距離内に前記電子回路が配置されると、少なくとも前記電子回路を制御することを特徴とする酸素濃度計。
- 請求項11に記載の酸素濃度計において、前記パッチ上で前記酸素濃度計の少なくとも1部品の選択的な作動または非作動を実行する少なくとも1つのスイッチをさらに備えることを特徴とする酸素濃度計。
- 請求項11に記載の酸素濃度計において、前記遠隔装置は、請求項9で請求される他の酸素濃度計を備えることを特徴とする酸素濃度計。
- 請求項11に記載の酸素濃度計において、前記遠隔装置は、少なくとも患者の血液の酸素飽和度を監視するモニタを備えることを特徴とする酸素濃度計。
- 請求項11に記載の酸素濃度計において、前記パッチに実装されて、算出された患者の血液の酸素飽和度を少なくとも表示するディスプレイをさらに備えることを特徴とする酸素濃度計。
- 請求項11に記載の酸素濃度計において、前記パッチに実装される少なくとも2つの電極と、前記パッチに実装または前記電子回路に一体化されて前記電極の制御を実行し、少なくとも患者の1つの他の生理的パラメータを計測する追加の電子部品とをさらに備えることを特徴とする酸素濃度計。
- 請求項11に記載の酸素濃度計において、前記パッチは、患者のひたいへの取り付け、または、患者の指周りへの巻き付けに少なくとも適する包帯を備えることを特徴とする酸素濃度計。
- 請求項11に記載の酸素濃度計において、水分を遮断しつつ電気的に絶縁性に形成されて、前記電子部品層を保護する少なくとも1層の保護層をさらに備えることを特徴とする酸素濃度計。
- パッチそのものの内部に電子部品層を含む多層構造を有し、患者への取り付け用の接着層を有する単一片のパッチ酸素濃度計であって、
当該パッチ酸素濃度計に実装される光エミッタと、
当該パッチ酸素濃度計に実装されて、前記光エミッタから出力されて患者を通過する光または患者から反射する光を検知して少なくとも患者の血液の酸素飽和度に関するデータを取得する光検出器と、
当該パッチ酸素濃度計の前記電子回路層に実装されて前記光エミッタおよび前記光検出器の制御を実行し、取得されるデータから少なくとも患者の血液の酸素飽和度を算出する電子回路と、
少なくとも血液の酸素飽和度で代表される信号または当該パッチ酸素濃度計から離れた患者から取得されるデータを発信するトランシーバと、
前記電子回路、前記トランシーバおよび前記光エミッタに動力を供給する動力供給手段とを備え、
当該パッチ酸素濃度計は、少なくとも1つの同種のパッチ酸素濃度計または当該酸素濃度計から離れたモニタに取得した前記データを送信することを特徴とするパッチ酸素濃度計。 - 請求項20に記載のパッチ酸素濃度計において、前記動力供給手段は、当該酸素濃度計から離れた電源から電力を取得することを特徴とするパッチ酸素濃度計。
