Description
Claims (26)
- パッチそのものの内部に電子部品層を含む多層構造を有し、患者への取り付けに適し、少なくとも患者の血液の酸素飽和度を計測する単一片の自給式使い捨て酸素濃度計パッチであって、
前記パッチに実装される光エミッタと、
前記パッチに実装されて、前記光エミッタから出力されて患者を通過する光または患者から反射する光を検知して、少なくとも患者の血液の酸素飽和度に関するデータを取得する光検出器と、
前記パッチの前記電子部品層に実装されて、前記光エミッタおよび前記光検出器の制御を実行し、取得されるデータから少なくとも患者の血液の酸素飽和度を算出する電子回路と、
前記パッチに実装されて前記電子回路および前記光エミッタに動力を供給する動力供給手段と、
前記パッチに設けられて、患者に前記パッチを取り付け自在の粘着層とを備え、
前記光エミッタおよび光検出器は、前記電子部品層に接触し、少なくとも前記粘着層と面一になるまで前記電子部品層から出っ張ることを特徴とするパッチ。 - 請求項1に記載のパッチにおいて、当該パッチに実装されて、算出される患者の血液の酸素飽和度を少なくとも表示するディスプレイをさらに備えることを特徴とするパッチ。
- 請求項2に記載のパッチにおいて、前記ディスプレイの照明として作動する化学光源をさらに備えることを特徴とするパッチ。
- 請求項1に記載のパッチにおいて、前記電子回路は、前記パッチの前記電子部品層に一体的に実装されるASICを備えることを特徴とするパッチ。
- 請求項1に記載のパッチにおいて、前記パッチは、少なくとも患者の指または患者の耳たぶ周りへの巻き付けに適する包帯を備えることを特徴とするパッチ。
- 請求項1に記載のパッチにおいて、前記パッチは、患者の額または患者の他の実質的に平たい面への接着に適する包帯を備えることを特徴とするパッチ。
- 請求項1に記載のパッチにおいて、前記パッチに実装される少なくとも2つの電極と、前記パッチの前記電子部品層に実装または前記電子回路に一体化されて前記電極の制御を実行し、少なくとも患者の1つの他の生理的パラメータを計測する追加の電子部品とをさらに備えることを特徴とするパッチ。
- 請求項1に記載のパッチにおいて、前記動力供給手段はバッテリを備えることを特徴とするパッチ。
- 請求項1に記載のパッチにおいて、前記動力供給手段は遠隔電源から電力を取得する電子部品を備えることを特徴とするパッチ。
- パッチそのものの内部に電子部品層を含む多層構造を有し、患者への取り付けに適するパッチと、
前記パッチに実装される光エミッタと、
前記パッチに実装されて、前記光エミッタから出力されて患者を通過する光または患者から反射する光を検出し、少なくとも患者の血液の酸素飽和度に関するデータを取得する光検出器と、
前記パッチの前記電子部品層に実装されて、前記光エミッタおよび前記光検出器の制御を実行し、取得されるデータから少なくとも患者の血液の酸素飽和度を算出する電子回路と、
前記パッチに実装されて前記電子回路および前記光エミッタに動力を供給する動力供給手段と、
前記パッチに設けられて、患者に前記パッチを取り外し自在に取り付ける粘着層とを備え、
前記光エミッタおよび光検出器は、前記電子部品層に接触し、少なくとも前記粘着層と面一になるまで前記電子部品層から出っ張ることを特徴とする酸素濃度計パッチ。 - 請求項10に記載の酸素濃度計パッチにおいて、当該酸素濃度計に実装されて、算出される患者の血液の酸素飽和度を少なくとも表示するディスプレイをさらに備えることを特徴とする酸素濃度計パッチ。
- 請求項10に記載の酸素濃度計パッチにおいて、前記電子回路は、前記パッチの前記電子部品層に一体的に実装されるASICを備えることを特徴とする酸素濃度計パッチ。
- 請求項10に記載の酸素濃度計パッチにおいて、前記パッチは、少なくとも患者の指または患者の耳たぶ周りへの巻き付けに適する包帯を備えることを特徴とする酸素濃度計パッチ。
- 請求項10に記載の酸素濃度計パッチにおいて、前記パッチは、患者のひたいまたは患者の他の実質的に平たい面への接着に適する包帯を備えることを特徴とする酸素濃度計パッチ。
- 請求項10に記載の酸素濃度計パッチにおいて、前記パッチに実装される少なくとも2つの電極と、前記パッチの前記電子部品層に実装または前記電子回路に一体化されて前記電極の制御を実行し、少なくとも患者の1つの他の生理的パラメータを計測する追加の電子部品とをさらに備えることを特徴とする酸素濃度計パッチ。
- 請求項10に記載の酸素濃度計パッチにおいて、前記パッチに実装されて、血液の酸素飽和度が許容範囲内にない場合にアラーム信号を出力するアラームをさらに備えることを特徴とする酸素濃度計パッチ。
- 請求項10に記載の酸素濃度計パッチにおいて、前記ディスプレイの照明として作動する化学光源をさらに備えることを特徴とする酸素濃度計パッチ。
- 請求項10に記載の酸素濃度計パッチにおいて、前記動力供給手段はバッテリを備えることを特徴とするパッチパッチ。
- 請求項10に記載の酸素濃度計パッチにおいて、前記動力供給手段は遠隔電源から電力を取得する電子部品を備えることを特徴とする酸素濃度計パッチ。
- パッチそのものの内部に電子部品層を含む多層構造を有する使い捨て酸素濃度計パッチの製造方法であって、
a)患者への取り付けに適する可撓性のパッチを取得する工程と、
b)前記パッチに光エミッタおよび光検出器を実装する工程と、
c)前記パッチ上に配置されて光を出力する光エミッタ、および、前記パッチ上に配置されて、前記光エミッタから出力されて患者を通過する光または患者から反射する光を検出し、少なくとも患者の血液の酸素飽和度に関するデータを取得する光検出器を確実に相互に協働させる工程と、
d)前記光エミッタおよび前記光検出器の制御を実行し、取得されるデータから少なくとも患者の血液の酸素飽和度を算出する電子回路を前記パッチの前記電子部品層に実装する工程と、
e)前記電子回路および前記光エミッタに動力を供給する動力供給手段を前記パッチに実装する工程と、
f)患者に取り外し自在に前記パッチを取り付ける手段を前記パッチに設ける工程とを備え、
前記光エミッタおよび光検出器は、前記電子部品層に接触し、少なくとも前記粘着層と面一になるまで前記電子部品層から出っ張ることを特徴とする使い捨て酸素濃度計パッチの製造方法。 - 請求項20に記載の使い捨て酸素濃度計パッチの製造方法において、前記パッチは包帯であり、前記c)工程は、
前記包帯上に前記光エミッタおよび前記光検出器を配置して、患者の指または患者の耳たぶ周りに前記包帯が巻き付けられる際に送受信モードで前記光エミッタおよび前記光検出器を作動させる工程をさらに備えることを特徴とする使い捨て酸素濃度計パッチの製造方法。 - 請求項20に記載の使い捨て酸素濃度計パッチの製造方法において、前記c)工程は、
前記パッチ上に前記光エミッタおよび前記光検出器を配置して、患者のひたいまたは患者の他の実質的に平たい領域に前記パッチが取り付けられる際に反射モードで前記光エミッタおよび前記光検出器を作動させる工程をさらに備えることを特徴とする使い捨て酸素濃度計パッチの製造方法。 - 請求項20に記載の使い捨て酸素濃度計パッチの製造方法において、
前記パッチに少なくとも2つの電極を追加し、
前記パッチまたは前記電子回路に追加の電子部品を追加して前記電極を作動させ、少なくとも患者の1つの他の生理的パラメータを計測することによって、前記酸素濃度計は患者の追加の生理的パラメータの計測を実行することを特徴とする使い捨て酸素濃度計パッチの製造方法。 - 請求項20に記載の使い捨て酸素濃度計パッチの製造方法において、少なくとも患者の血液の酸素飽和度を表示するディスプレイを前記パッチ上に実装する工程をさらに備えることを特徴とする使い捨て酸素濃度計パッチの製造方法。
- 請求項20に記載の使い捨て酸素濃度計パッチの製造方法において、前記ディスプレイの照明として作動する化学光源を設ける工程をさらに備えることを特徴とする使い捨て酸素濃度計パッチの製造方法。
- 請求項20に記載の使い捨て酸素濃度計パッチの製造方法において、遠隔電源からの電力の取得にあたって前記動力供給手段を用いる工程をさらに備えることを特徴とする使い捨て酸素濃度計パッチの製造方法。
