Description
1.使用される化合物は、適当な熱安定性を有さず、十分に高いガラス転移温度を有さない。
Arは、1-ナフチル基若しくは9-アントリル基であって、1或いは2個の炭素原子はNによって置き換えられていてもよく、1以上の基R1により置換されていてもよく、及び/又は1以上の基N(Ar1)2により置換されていてもよく、2個の基Ar1は、互いに単結合若しくはO、S、N(R1)或いはC(R1)2基により連結してもよく;
Rは、5〜40個の芳香族環原子を有する芳香族若しくは複素環式芳香族環構造であり、1以上の基R1若しくはN(Ar1)2基により置換されていてもよく、2個の基Ar1は、互いに単結合若しくはO、S、N(R1)或いはC(R1)2基により連結してもよく;
Ar1は、出現毎に同一であるか異なり、1以上の基R1により置換されていてもよい5〜40個の芳香族環原子を有する芳香族若しくは複素環式芳香族環構造であり;

式(1b)の化合物において、添字pは、好ましくは1であり、換言すれば、水素以外の更なる置換基が、好ましくは10位でアントリル基に対して結合している。
Ar1は、出現毎に同一であるか異なり、1以上の基R1により置換されていてもよい、5〜20個の芳香族環原子を有するアリール若しくはヘテロアリール基であり、好ましくは、1以上の基R1により置換されていてもよい、6〜14個の芳香族環原子を有するアリール若しくはヘテロアリール基であり、特に好ましくは、1以上の基R1により置換されていてもよいフェニル、1-ナフチル若しくは2-ナフチル基である。
以下の合成は、他に断らない限り、保護ガス雰囲気下で行われる。出発物質は、アルドリッチ(ALDRICH)若しくはABCR(n-ブチルリチウム、2.5Mヘキサン中、シラン、臭素、無機物、溶媒)から購入することができる。2,6-ジブロモアントラキノリンは、Lee et al.,Org.Lett.2005,7(2),323に記載されたように調製することができる

a)2,6-ジブロモ-9,10-ビス(o-トリル)アントラセン
次の化合物が、例1と同様に調製される。
a)(4-ブロモナフト-1-イル)トリメチルシランの合成
引き続き、硫酸マグネシウムで乾燥される。乾燥剤がろ過された後、有機相が減圧下回転蒸発器で蒸発乾燥される。この方法で得られた灰色の残留物は、ジオキサンで再結晶化される。析出した結晶は、吸引ろ過され、50mlのエタノールで洗浄され、引き続き減圧下乾燥される。収量23g、理論値の78%;HPLCによる純度99.9%。
なお、例1、3、4、7および8は、参考例である。
OLEDが、WO 04/058911に記載される一般的プロセスにより製造されるが、これは、特別な状況(例えば、最適な効率と色を達成するための層の厚さの変化)に対する個々の場合において適合される。使用された基本構造と材料(発光層を除いて)は、より良い比較のために同一である。以下の構造を有するOLEDは、上記の一般的プロセスと同様に製造される。
正孔輸送層(HTL):20nmのNPB(N-ナフチル-N-フェニル-4,4’-ジアミノビフェニル)
発光層(EML):材料、濃度及び層厚は表1参照、
電子伝導体(ETL):20nmのAlQ3、(SynTec社から購入したトリス(キノリナート)アルミニウム(III))
陰極:150nmのAl上の1nmLiF。
Claims (8)
- Si(R2)3基を表わす少なくとも1つの基R1が、分子中に存在することを特徴とし、さらに、少なくとも1つの式Si(R2)3基は、中央アントラセン単位に、2位及び/又は6位で結合することを特徴とする、及び/又は少なくとも1つの式Si(R2)3基は、Ar基に結合し、Ar基がナフチル基を表わすならば、4位で、Ar基がアントリル基を表わすならば、10位で結合することを特徴とする、及び/又は少なくとも1つの式Si(R2)3基は、R基に結合することを特徴とする式(1)のシリル置換化合物。
Arは、1-ナフチル基若しくは9-アントリル基であって、1以上の基R1により置換されていてもよく及び/又は1以上の基N(Ar1)2により置換されていてもよく、;
Rは、夫々は1以上の基R1により置換されていてもよい、1-ナフチル又は2-ナフチルであり;
Ar1は、出現毎に同一であるか異なり、1以上の基R1により置換されていてもよい、5〜40個の芳香族環原子を有する芳香族若しくは複素環式芳香族環構造であり;
Yは、単結合であり;
R1は、出現毎に同一であるか異なり、Si(R 2 ) 3 、F、1〜6個のC原子を有する直鎖アルキル若しくはアルコキシ基又は3〜10個のC原子を有する分岐或いは環状アルキル若しくはアルコキシ基(各基においては、1以上のCH 2 基は、-R 3 C=CR 3 -、Si(R 3 ) 2 、-O-、-S-若しくは-N(R 3 )-で置き代えられていてもよく、また、1以上のH原子は、Fで置き代えられていてもよい)又は1以上の基R 3 により置換されていてもよい5〜14個の芳香族環原子を有するアリール若しくはヘテロアリール基又は、2若しくは3個のこれらの構造の組み合わせであり、
R2は、出現毎に同一であるか異なり、1〜10個のC原子を有する直鎖アルキル基又は3〜10個のC原子を有する分岐或いは環状アルキル基(各基においては、珪素に直接結合しない1以上の隣接しないCH2基は、Oで置き代えられていてもよく、一以上のH原子はFで置き代えられていてもよい。);
R3は、出現毎に同一であるか異なり、H若しくは1〜20個のC原子を有する炭化水素基であって、脂肪族若しくは芳香族又は脂肪族及び芳香族の組み合わせであってよく、また、Fにより置換されていてもよく;
nは、出現毎に同一であるか異なり、0、1、2、3若しくは4であり、
mは、0である。) - Si(R2)3基を表わす少なくとも1つの基R1が存在することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の式(1a)乃至(1d)の化合物。
oは、0、1、2若しくは3であり、
pは、0若しくは1であり、
qは、0、1若しくは2である。) - 1、2、3若しくは4個の式Si(R2)3基を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載の化合物。
- 対応するアントラセン誘導体に対して、1以上のSi(R2)3基により置換される官能化されたAr若しくはR基をカップリングすることにより、Ar基若しくはR基上に1以上のSi(R2)3基を担持する、請求項1乃至3何れか1項記載の化合物の調製方法。
- 請求項1乃至3何れか1項記載の化合物の、有機電子素子での使用。
- 請求項1乃至3何れか1項記載の少なくとも1つの化合物を含む有機電子素子。
- 有機エレクトロルミネセンス素子(OLED、PLED)、有機電界効果トランジスタ(O-FET)、有機薄膜トランジスタ(O-TFT)、有機発光トランジスタ(O-LET)、有機集積回路(O-IC)、有機太陽電池(O-SC)、有機電場消光素子(O-FQD)、有機光受容器、発光電子化学電池(LEC)及び有機レーザーダイオード(O-laser)から選択される請求項6記載の有機電子素子。
- 少なくとも1つの発光層、正孔輸送層、正孔注入層、正孔障壁層及び/又は電子輸送層が、請求項1乃至3何れか1項記載の少なくとも1つの化合物を含むことを特徴とする、請求項6又は7記載の有機電子素子。
