Description
化1で表されるアルキルビスチオシアネートとしては、プロパン−1,3−ビスチオシアネート、ブタン−1,4−ビスチオシアネート、ペンタン−1,5−ビスチオシアネート、ヘキサン−1,6−ビスチオシンエート、ヘプタン−1,7−ビスチオシンエート、オクタン−1,8−ビスチオシアネートが挙げられ、ヘキサン−1,6−ビスチオシアネートが特に好ましい。
表1にゴム試験配合を示す。各配合はNR、カーボンブラック、酸化亜鉛及びステアリン酸を密閉型混合機で混合した後に、オープンロールミルを用いて老化防止剤、加硫促進剤及び化2の化合物を加えて混合した後に、さらに硫黄を混合し、試験用未加硫ゴムを得た。
