Claims (9)
- 別途の2つのプロファイル(3)をシールすべき箇所に導入し、2つの隣接した板紙または紙(1,5)の保護層を有しないローエッジ(4)同士を前記2つのプロファイルで連続的にシールすることによる、隣接した板紙または紙のローエッジの保護方法において、
前記2つのプロファイルの中間部を、シールすべき前記エッジの間に残し、
前記2つの隣接した板紙または紙の前記エッジ各々を前記2つのプロファイル各々でそれぞれシールして、2つの前記エッジのうち一方のエッジおよび他方のエッジそれぞれにストリップを形成させ、そして、
超音波によって、前記一方のエッジに形成された前記ストリップを前記他方のエッジに対してシールするとともに、前記他方のエッジに形成された前記ストリップを前記一方のエッジに対してシールすることで、隣接した2つの前記エッジ同士を付着させる
ことを特徴とするローエッジの保護方法。 - 前記プロファイルを、所定の幅を有するバンドの形態で、または、予め定められた形状を有するプロファイルの形態で、シールすべき箇所に導入することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のローエッジの保護方法。
- 前記シーリングが終わった後に、切断されたエッジを前記プロファイルで同時に保護する方法によって、継ぎ目を半分に切断することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のローエッジの保護方法。
- 折り畳まれたウェブまたはパッケージブランクのエッジを互いに付着させるために前記2つの隣接したエッジの合端を用いることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載のローエッジの保護方法。
- 前記プロファイル用材料が、PE,PP,PET,PBT,EVOH,EVA,または、PAのような熱可塑性材料であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載のローエッジの保護方法。
- 前記板紙または紙が、コート板紙またはコート紙であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項に記載のローエッジの保護方法。
- 前記コートが、プラスチックコートであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のローエッジの保護方法。
- 前記コート板紙またはコート紙が、ウェブ、パッケージ、または、パッケージブランクであることを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載のローエッジの保護方法。
- 前記方法を、ガス、液体、グリース、および、蒸気に対して不浸透性のパッケージまたはパッケージブランクを製造するのに用いることを特徴とする請求項1ないし8のいずれ
か一項に記載のローエッジの保護方法。
