この発明は、特許請求の範囲第1項前提部分に記載の方

ィルムの層はフィルムが例えば包装材料として使用され

- (1)内面と外面とを有し少くとも内面(10)の上に
溶接用合成樹脂からなる層(6)を有する積層フィルム
の重ね合わせた合わせ部を接合する方法であって、一方

出すようにすることを特徴とする方法。 - (2)一方の合わせ部(14)の内面(10)と他方の
合わせ部(16)の外面(12)との間に平面状溶接部
を形成するものにおいて、両合わせ部(14、16)の
、内面(10)上に配置した層(6)を互いに溶接して
被溶接継ぎ目を覆う連続した層とすることを特徴とする
特許請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 - (3)他方の合わせ部(16)の縁(20)を、互いに
加圧する前に斜めに切断することを特徴とする特許請求
の範囲第1項または第2項に記載の方法。 - (4)横方向を基準に近似的に40°の切断角度を選定
することを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第3項に記載の方
法。 - (5)フィルムが1層の金属層(4)と少くとも1層の
、金属層(4)と溶接可能の合成樹脂層(6)とを接合
する合成樹脂接着層(5)とを有するものにおいて、溶
接熱を金属層(4)から隣接の非金属層(5、6)へと
伝達するため金属層(4)内に誘導加熱により溶接熱を
発生することを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項ないし
第4項のいずれかに記載の方法。 - (6)重ね合わせた合わせ部(14、16)の被溶接継
ぎ目を2つの工具(22、26)間で形成し、そのうち
内面に当てる工具(22)に長手溝(24)を設け、重
ね合わせた合わせ部(14、16)を反対側の工具(2
6)により少くとも溶接操作の間前記長手溝に押し込む
ことを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項ないし第5項の
いずれかに記載の方法。 - (7)内面に当てる工具(22)を予熱することを特徴
とする特許請求の範囲第6項に記載の方法。 - (8)先行特許請求の範囲のいずれかに記載の方法によ
り製造した包装チューブ用チューブ。 - (9)溶接用合成樹脂層(6)が、熱可塑性樹脂、特に
ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレンまたはそれらの共重合体
であることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第8項に記載の
チューブ。
