Description
以下、実施の形態を用いて、本発明の特に全請求項に記載の発明について説明する。
まず、正極として、厚さ30μmの高純度アルミニウム箔(Al:99.99%以上)を集電体2として用い、塩酸系のエッチング液中で電解エッチングして表面を粗面化した。
負極を構成する集電体として、予め表裏面を粗面化処理した平均厚さ15μmの銅箔を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして電気化学キャパシタを作製した。
負極を構成する集電体として、予め表裏面を粗面化処理した平均厚さ15μmの銅箔を用い、この集電体上にアンカー層を12μm塗布した。

Claims (6)
- 金属箔からなる集電体上に活性炭を主体とした分極性電極層を形成して正極を作製する工程と、金属箔からなる集電体上に炭素材料を主体とした電極層を形成して負極を作製する工程と、上記正極と負極をその間にセパレータを介在させて夫々の電極層が対向した状態で積層または巻回することにより素子を作製する工程と、この素子をリチウムイオンを含む有機系電解液と共にケース内に収容する工程と、このケースの開口部を封止する工程とを有した電気化学キャパシタの製造方法において、前記負極の電極層上にリチウム層を設ける工程を設け、この工程は、基板に気相法によってリチウム層を形成する工程と、このリチウム層を前記負極の電極層上へ転写する工程を有し、前記基板上にリチウム層を形成する工程において、前記基板にポリプロピレンを用い、前記基板の温度を、55℃以下に保つようにした電気化学キャパシタの製造方法。
- 気相法により基板上に形成されたリチウム層の基板との剥離強度が、負極の集電体上に形成された電極層の集電体との剥離強度より小さくなるようにした請求項1に記載の電気化学キャパシタの製造方法。
- 90度剥離試験から得られる前記リチウム層と前記基板の間の剥離強度が、149N/m以下になるようにした請求項2に記載の電気化学キャパシタの製造方法。
- 前記負極の集電体の表裏面に前記電極層を形成する前に、予め粗面化処理する工程を設けた請求項1に記載の電気化学キャパシタの製造方法。
- 前記負極の集電体の表裏面に前記電極層を形成する前に、予め集電体および電極層の密着性を高めるアンカー層を形成する工程を設けた請求項1に記載の電気化学キャパシタの製造方法。
- 前記アンカー層はカーボンブラックから成る請求項5に記載の電気化学キャパシタの製造方法。
