Description
この出願は、2007年3月23日に出願された「成熟アミラーゼ蛋白へのN末端導入によるアミラーゼ産出の増加」と題する米国仮出願第60/907, 174号の優先権を主張する。
配列番号1−18から成る配列表を、参照として本願に組み込む。
発明の詳細な説明では、以下の略号と定義を用いる。本明細書及び請求の範囲で用いる単数形の冠詞「a」、「an」及び定冠詞「the」は、文意より明らかに異なる場合を除き、複数形をも含む。したがって、例えば単数形の「酵素」と言うときは、複数の同様の酵素も含まれ、定冠詞を付して「処方」と言うときは、1以上の当業者にとって公知の処方、またはそれらの均等物が含まれる。
「アミラーゼ」には、グルコアミラーゼ、α-アミラーゼ、β-アミラーゼ等のアミラーゼ、及びバチラス・リケニホルミス、バチラス・スブチリス等のバチラス種由来の野生型アミラーゼが含まれる。産出する株の例は、KLM3'蛋白に用いられるもの、穀物加工用アミラーゼ(SGA)、衣料及び食器洗浄用アミラーゼ等に用いられるものである。「アミラーゼ」という語は、特に澱粉分解の触媒となる酵素を意味する。アミラーゼは、澱粉中のα-D-(l→4) O-グリコサイド結合を切断するヒドロラーゼである。一般に、α-アミラーゼ(EC 3.2.1.1; (X-D-(1→4)-グルカングルカノヒドロラーゼ)は、澱粉中のα-D-(l→4) O-グリコサイド結合をランダムに切断するエンド型酵素と定義される。これに対し、β-アミラーゼ(EC3.2.1.2; α-D-(l→4)-グルカンマルトヒドロラーゼ)や、マルトゲン性α-アミラーゼ(EC 3.2.1.133)のようないくつかの個別のアミラーゼ等のエクソ型澱粉分解酵素は、基質の非還元末端から澱粉分子を切断する。β-アミラーゼ、α-アミラーゼ(EC 3.2.1.1; (X-D-(1→4)-グルカングルカノヒドロラーゼ)、及び個別のアミラーゼは、澱粉から特定の鎖長のマルトオリゴ糖を産出することができる。
本願で「操作可能に結合する」と言うときは、記載された成分が、その目的とする態様で機能することができる関係にあることを意味する。コード配列に操作可能に結合した調節配列は、制御配列と適合する条件下でコード配列の発現が達成されるように連結している。
SpezymeTM FRED (バチラス・リケニホルミスα-アミラーゼ突然変異体)の産出/分泌は、+1 (X2)の位置にあるアラニンをトレオニンで置換することにより20%以上増加することが確認された。すなわち、LATシグナルペプチドで転座された蛋白の分泌ボトルネックの一部は、切断サイトをAla-Ser-Ala/AlaからAla-Ser-Ala/Thrへ変更することにより、克服される。
すなわち一側面は、X2がアラニンまたはバリン以外の任意のアミノ酸である、組換え蛋白に関する。例えば、X2をトレオニンとすることができる。別の側面は、X2の位置に2つの置換アミノ酸を有し、X2はA-Bで表され(配列番号13と呼ぶ)、Aはアラニンまたはバリン以外の任意のアミノ酸で、Bはアラニンを含む任意のアミノ酸である。また、「B」には残基が無く、「A」がアラニンまたはバリン以外の任意のアミノ酸であってもよい。例えば、シグナルペプチドと成熟鎖の接合部が、Ala-Ser- Ala/Thr-Ala(配列番号18と呼ぶ)であってもよく、ここで、Thr-AlaがX2に導入されたA-Bに相当する。この場合の切断サイトは、+1の位置にあるアラニンをThrで置換して得られるサイト:Ala-Ser-Ala/Thrである。
SpezymeTM FREDや、その他のLATシグナルペプチドで転座された非相同蛋白等のバチラスα-アミラーゼ成熟鎖のN-末端への、トレオニン残基(または他のアラニン以外の残基)の付加により、産出/分泌が増加する。

<2.α-アミラーゼ変異体>
アミラーゼ変異体はバチラス・アミラーゼから作られ、このバチラス・アミラーゼには野生型、及び改良された比活性、pHプロファイル、熱安定性、及び温度範囲プロファイルカルシウムイオン要求量、その他の性質が改良されるように改変された遺伝子工学型が含まれる。本願の変異体は、強化された産出能力を有し、製造された親株よりも多くの蛋白を細胞培地に分泌することができる。
X1は、シグナル配列中の最後のアミノ酸である。
X4はロイシン、グリシン、プロリン、またはアスパラギンであり;
Yは成熟バクテリアα-アミラーゼまたはα-アミラーゼ変異体の残余部である。
酵素の変異体は、核酸及びポリペプチドの配列、その酵素変異体の二次、三次、および/または四次構造、および/または、またはその酵素変異体の比活性によって特徴付けられる。α-アミラーゼ変異体の更なる特徴には、安定性、カルシウムイオン(Ca2+)依存性、pH範囲、耐酸素安定性、及び耐熱性が含まれる。生産性が強化されたα-アミラーゼ変異体は、本質的に親蛋白と同じ特徴、例えば同じ比活性を有する。
本願に開示する方法、または別の公知の方法で作られる酵素変異体をエンコードするDNA配列は、適切なプロモータ、オペレータ、リボソーム結合部位、翻訳開始シグナル、及び、任意にリプレッサー遺伝子、または種々のアクティベータ遺伝子をエンコードする制御配列を有する発現ベクターを用いて、酵素の形態で発現させることができる。
発酵、分離、濃縮方法は公知であり、従来の方法で濃縮されたα-アミラーゼ変異体含有液を産出することができる。
α-アミラーゼ変異体は優れた特徴を備えることから、種々の用途に用いられる。
本願に開示するα-アミラーゼ変異体は、食器洗浄やその他の洗浄用組成物に用いられる洗剤組成物に処方することができる。これらの洗浄剤は粉末状または液状である。洗浄剤組成物は、α-アミラーゼ変異体単独からなるものでもよく、他の澱粉分解酵素、他の洗浄酵素、及びその他洗浄用組成物に一般に用いられる成分が含まれていてもよい。
本願の実施形態では、1以上のα-アミラーゼ変異体は洗剤用組成物の成分として用いられる。α-アミラーゼ変異体は、非粉飛散性の顆粒、安定化された液剤、または保護された酵素のいずれかの形態で洗剤用組成物に含まれている。非粉飛散性の顆粒は、米国特許番号4,106,991, 4,661,452(いずれもNovo Industri A/S)に開示された方法で製造され、公知の方法でコーティングされる。
洗剤用組成物は、約1%から約65%のゼオライト、ジホスフェート、トリフェート、ホスホネート、クエン酸塩、ニトリロ三酢酸(NTA)、エチレンジアミン四酢酸(EDTA)、ジエチレントリアミンペンタ酢酸(DTMPA)、アルキルまたはアルケニルコハク酸、水溶性シリケートまたは層状シリケート(例えばSKS-6, Hoechst社)等の洗剤ビルダーまたは複合化剤を含む。あるいは、洗剤用組成物はビルダーを含まない。すなわち、洗剤用組成物は実質的にビルダーを含まない。
好ましいプロテアーゼには、動物、植物または微生物由来のプロテアーゼが含まれる。プロテアーゼの例には、微生物由来のプロテアーゼが含まれる。化学的に修飾された変異体、遺伝子工学による変異体も含まれる。プロテアーゼは、セリンプロテアーゼ、メタロプロテアーゼ、アルカリ性微生物プロテアーゼ、またはトリプシン様プロテアーゼであってもよい。
好ましいリパーゼには、バクテリアまたは細菌由来のリパーゼが含まれる。化学的に修飾された変異体、遺伝子工学による変異体も含まれる。
好ましいポリエステラーゼには国際PCT出願番号WO 01/34899及び国際公開番号WO 01/14629に開示されたものが含まれるが、これらに限定されず、また本願に開示した他の酵素と組み合わせて用いることができる。
洗浄剤用組成物は、非産出性強化α-アミラーゼ等の、他のα-アミラーゼと組み合わせて用いることができる。このようなα-アミラーゼには、例えばDuramylTM, TermamylTM, FungamylTM 及びBANTM (Novo Nordisk A/S社), RapidaseTM,及びPurastarTM (Genencor International, Inc社) 等の市販のα-アミラーゼが含まれるが、これらに限定されない。
洗浄剤用組成物にセルラーゼを添加することができる。好ましいセルラーゼには、バクテリアまたは細菌由来のセルラーゼが含まれる。化学的に修飾された変異体、遺伝子工学による変異体も含まれる。好ましいセルラーゼには、バチラス属、シュードモナス属、フミコーラ属、フザリウム属、シエラビア族、アクレモニウム属由来のセルラーゼが含まれ、例えば米国特許番号4,435,307; 5,648,263; 5,691,178; 5,776,757、及び国際公開番号WO 89/09259に開示されたフミコーラ・インソレンス(Humicola insolens)、ミセリオフトラ・サーモフィリア(Myceliophthora thermophila)、フザリウム・オキシスポルムが含まれる。
洗浄剤用組成物に用いることができるペルオキシダーゼ/オキシダーゼには、バクテリアまたは細菌由来のセルラーゼが含まれる。化学的に修飾された変異体、遺伝子工学による変異体も含まれる。好ましいペルオキシダーゼの例には、コプリヌス(Coprinus)属由来のペルオキシダーゼが含まれ、例えば国際公開番号WO 93/24618, WO 95/10602,及びWO 98/15257に開示されたコプリヌス・シネレウス(cinereus)及びその変異体由来のペルオキシダーゼが含まれる。市販のペルオキシダーゼには、例えばGuardzymeTM (Novo Nordisk A/S社)がある。
種々のα-アミラーゼ洗浄評価方法が存在する。洗浄評価方法の例には、以下のようなものが含まれる。
本願はまた、1以上の酵素変異体を用いた織物の処理方法(例えば布のディサイジング)に関する。酵素変異体をいかなる織物処理方法においても用いることができることは公知であり、例えば米国特許番号6,077,316が参照される。例えば、一側面では、溶液中で酵素変異体を織物と接触させることにより、織物の手触りと外観を改良することができる。例えば、一側面では、織物は加圧下の溶液中で処理される。
別の側面では、本願のα-アミラーゼ変異体を澱粉液化または糖化に用いることができる。
a)澱粉基質と、α-アミラーゼ活性を有する触媒成分、及び例えば第一の側面のポリペプチド等の炭水化物バインディング成分から成る酵素変異体とを接触させる工程;
b) 前記澱粉基質と前記酵素変異体を、前記澱粉基質から発酵性糖に転換される率が少なくとも90%、少なくとも92%、少なくとも94%、少なくとも95%、少なくとも96%、少なくとも97%、少なくとも98%、少なくとも99%、少なくとも99.5% w/wとなる時間と温度でインキュベートする工程と;
c)発酵させて発酵性製品を生産する工程と;
d)任意に発酵性製品を回収する工程と;を含む。
a)澱粉基質と、α-アミラーゼ活性を有する触媒成分、及び例えば第一および/または第二の側面のポリペプチド等の炭水化物バインディング成分から成り、酵素変異体を発現するように転換された酵母細胞とを接触させる工程と;
b)前記澱粉基質と前記酵母を、前記澱粉基質から発酵性糖へ少なくとも90% w/w転換することができる時間と温度でインキュベートする工程と;
c)発酵させてエタノールを生産する工程と;
d)任意にエタノールを回収する工程と;を含む。
(i)前記澱粉を含む材料を、α-アミラーゼ活性を有する触媒成分と、例えば第一の側面のポリペプチド等の炭水化物バインディング成分とから成るポリペプチドで液化する工程と;
(ii)得られた液状マッシュ(mash)を糖化する工程と;
(iii) 工程(ii)で得られた物質を、発酵用有機体で発酵させる工程と;を備える。
バイオフィルム除去組成物は、α-アミラーゼ変異体を主要な酵素成分として含む、例えばバイオフィルム除去に用いられる単成分の組成物である。あるいは、バイオフィルム除去組成物は多数の酵素活性を有し、例えば多数のアミラーゼ、または、バイオフィルムを除去するためのアミノペプチダーゼ、アミラーゼ(β-またはα-またはグルコアミラーゼ)、カルボヒドラーゼ、カルボキシプチダーゼ、カタラーゼ、セルラーゼ、キチナーゼ、クチナーゼ、シクロデキストリングリコシルロタンスファラーゼ、デオキシリボヌクレアーゼ、エステラーゼ、アルファ-ガラクトシダーゼ、β-ガラクトシダーゼ、グルコアミラーゼ、α-グルコシダーゼ、β-グルコシダーゼ、ハロペルオキシダーゼ、インバーターゼ、ラッカーゼ、リパーゼ、マンノシダーゼ、オキシダーゼ、ペクチン分解酵素、ペプチドグルタミナーゼ、ペルオキシダーゼ、フィターゼ、ポリフェノールオキシダーゼ、蛋白質分解酵素、リボヌクレアーゼ、トランスグルタミナーゼ、および/または、キシラナーゼ、またはこれらの混合物を含む.
別の酵素は、アスペルギルス・アクレアタス(αculeαtus)、アスペルギルス・アワモリ(αwαmori)、アスペルギルス・ニガー(niger)、またはアスペルギルス・オリザエ(oryzαe) 等のアスペルギルス属に属する微生物;またはトリコマーダ(Trichodermα)属;フミコーラ・インソレンス(insolens) 等のフミコーラ属;またはフザリウム・バクトリデオイデス(bαctridioides)、フザリウム・セレアリス(cereαlis)、フザリウム・クルックウェレセン(crookwellense)、フザリウム・クルモルム(culmorum)、フザリウム・グラミネアルム(grαmineαrum)、フザリウム・グラミヌム(grαminum)、フザリウム・ヘテロスポルム(heterosporum), フザリウム・ネグンジ(negundi), フザリウム・オキシスポルム(oxysporum), フザリウム・レチクラタム(reticulαtum)、フザリウム・ロゼウム(roseum), フザリウム・サムブシヌム(sαmbucinum), フザリウム・サーコクロウム(sαrcochroum), フザリウム・スルフレウム(sulphureum), フザリウム・トルロセウム(toruloseum), フザリウム・トリコセシオイド(trichothecioides), またはフザリウム・ベネナタム(venenαtum) 等のフザリウム属から産出される。
オーラルケア組成物に、歯磨剤等の研磨剤を添加することもできる。
口腔洗浄液組成物は、口腔洗浄液の分野で公知の技術により製造することができる。
バチラス・リケニホルミス株BML 612由来のFREDはΔamy遺伝子であり、catRマーカーによりcatローカスにおいて増幅可能なFRED遺伝子で、Δ spo II ACである。
<バチラス・リケニホルミス中でのFRED(A1T)変異体の発現>
plCatH-FREDori 1及びpICatH-FRED(AlT)orilプラスミドを、許容温度37℃でバチラス・リケニホルミス株BML612 (国際公開 WO 2005/1 11203参照) に導入して形質転換した。各構造について、1のネオマイシン耐性(neoR)、及び1のクロラムフェニコール耐性(CmR)を有する形質転換細胞を選択し、それぞれBML612(plCatH- FREDoril)及びBML612(plCatH-FRED(A1T)oril)と名付けた。

FRED A1Tの比活性は、1317 LU/mg活性蛋白と測定された。この結果は、活性/調整TCA蛋白、及び、蛋白の標準として用いた、唯一のFRED A1Tサンプルのゲルに基づいている。最近の研究によれば、FRED A1Tサンプルはゲル上に過剰に塗布されていたため、FRED A1Tの結果が誤って高く出ている。
<FRED A1Tの発酵を向上させる方法と精製方法>
実施例1で得られたサンプルを、SDSポリアクリルアミドゲルで評価した。SDSポリアクリルアミドゲル評価では、SpezymeTM FRED (FRED)及びFRED A1Tサンプルは、活性蛋白値を基準にして用いた。活性蛋白値は、SpezymeTM FREDの変換値に0.00076 m活性蛋白/LUを用いて計算した。サンプルは、トリクロロ酢酸(TCA)不活性化により調製した。ゲルを公知のクマシーで染色した。SpezymeTM FREDの比活性値を用いてサンプルを評価する際、SpezymeTM FRED及びFRED A1Tの両者とも、同様のメインバンド強度を呈し、変異体と親株の活性蛋白/比活性は、ほぼ同じであることが示された。
<バチラス・スブチリスによるFRED(A1T)産出>
バチラス・スブチリスを中間宿主に用いて、A1T及び野生型SpezymeTM FREDの組み込みプラスミドを構築した。この結果、バチラス・スブチリスFRED(A1T)ポリペプチドの蛋白産出量は、野生型SpezymeTM FREDよりも多かった。
<LATα-アミラーゼの修飾>
本願に係る別のα-アミラーゼは、成熟LATα-アミラーゼである。成熟形態は、シグナルペプチドと融合した非相同な蛋白であり、LATまたは同じ親に由来する蛋白とは異なる蛋白として産出することができる。修飾には、最初の残基のアラニンまたはバリン以外の任意のアミノ酸を置換することが含まれる。
<SpezymeTMFREDの修飾>
本願のα-アミラーゼのひとつは、SpezymeTMFREDである。成熟形態は、LATまたはバチラス種に由来する蛋白とは異なる、シグナルペプチドと融合した非相同な蛋白として産出することができる。
<バチラス・リケニホルミス野生型テラミル(Teramyl)の修飾>
本願に係る別のα-アミラーゼは、バチラス・リケニホルミス野生型テラミルアミラーゼ(国際公開WO 02/10355参照)の修飾に関する。このα-アミラーゼはK23R置換を有する。以下に示す配列は、成熟テラミルアミラーゼを表わしている。
<テラミル(Teramyl) SC/LiquozymeTM Scの修飾>
本願に係る別のα-アミラーゼは、澱粉加工に用いられるTermamyl SC/LiquozymeTM Sc配列のX2(成熟配列中の下線を付したアラニン)の変異体に関する。修飾には、最初の残基(下線を付したアラニン)を、アラニンまたはバリン以外のアミノ酸で置換することが含まれる。
<FRED A1TとSpezymeTM FREDを対比した液化試験>
標準的な液化試験と、低pH及び低カルシウム濃度下での液化試験により、野性型α-アミラーゼ、SpezymeTM FREDとA1T変異体との比較を行なった。
4件のA1Tサンプルについて、野生型と比較して液化試験を行なった。アミラーゼの発酵はシュードモナス菌を用いて行なった。以下の供試材料を用いた。

亜硫酸、JT Baker社製、 ロット番号L14635
塩化カルシウム、Fisher社製、 ロット番号006902
液化試験毎に、4666.67gのCargill社製澱粉に7333.33 gの逆浸透(RO)処理した水を添加して、乾燥固形分(ds)が35%のコーンスターチのスラリーを調製した。このスラリーに、15.385gの6.5%亜硫酸を用いて100ppmのSO2を添加した。必要に応じて、無水塩化カルシウムによりカルシウムを添加した。20%炭酸ナトリウムにより、スラリーのpHを所定の値に調整した(5.8または5.4)。次に、スラリーを100-メッシュの金網で濾過し、2000 gづつ小分けした。各スラリーをベンチクッカー(bench cooker)にポンプで送る約10分前に、10 LU/gのSpezymeTM (標準,ロット番号107-05190-001)、または適切なA1Tサンプルを添加した。スラリーをベンチクッカーに43.33 mL/分の流速で送り、温度109℃における保持時間が9分となるようにした。液化物を500 mLの三角フラスコに回収し、95℃の浴に120分間浸し、2回目の液化を行なった。サンプルを、30, 60, 90, 及び120分経過後に採取した。ショール(Schoorl)の還元糖法により、DEを求めた。
4件のサンプルはいずれも、109℃のベンチクッカーを用いて保持時間9分で液化させたとき、SpezymeTM FREDよりも改善されたDE進行(DE progression)を示した。SpezymeTM FREDとA1T FRED変異体のいずれも、pH5.4のDE(dextrose equivalents)進行は、pH5.8より顕著に異なっていた。[Both the Spezyme(登録商標) FRED and AlT FRED variant at pH 5.4 had significantly however DE (dextrose equivalents) development than 5.8.]
澱粉スラリーにカルシウムを10ppm添加した場合、SpezymeTM FREDとA1T FRED変異体のいずれにも、液化に顕著な変化は認められなかった。これは、pH5.8において両酵素を安定化するために十分な量のカルシウムが、元々澱粉に含まれていたと結論付けられた。

NH2-X1-X2-X3-X4-Y-COOH、ここで、X1 は18-35アミノ酸から成るサイズのシグナル配列の最後のアミノ酸であり;
X2は、A'-B'で表わされ、ここで、X2がアラニンのとき、A'はアラニンまたはバリン以外のアミノ酸、B'はは任意のアミノ酸残基、またはアミノ酸残基ではなく;X2がバリン、ヒスチジン、またはアスパラギン酸のとき、A'は任意のアミノ酸であり、B'は任意のアミノ酸残基、またはアミノ酸残基ではなく;
X3はアスパラギン、アラニン、ヒスチジン、またはグリシンであり;
X4はロイシン、グリシン、プロリン、またはアスパラギンであり;
Yは成熟バクテリアα-アミラーゼまたはα-アミラーゼ変異体の残余部である。
Claims (30)
- 単離されたポリペプチドであって、配列番号9、10、11、または12からなる群から選択されるアミノ酸配列において、最初のアミノ酸残基をトレオニン残基で置換したアミノ酸配列を含むことを特徴とする前記ポリペプチド。
- さらに、前記ポリペプチドが、配列番号2に示すシグナルペプチドのアミノ酸配列を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の単離されたポリペプチド。
- 請求項1または2に記載の単離されたポリペプチドをエンコードする、単離された核酸。
- 請求項3に記載の単離された核酸を含むベクター。
- 請求項4に記載のベクターを含む、単離された細胞。
- 請求項3に記載の核酸を含む、単離された細胞。
- 細胞が微生物である、請求項5に記載の単離された細胞。
- 微生物が、バクテリアまたは菌類である、請求項7に記載の単離された細胞。
- バクテリアが、バチラス・スブチリス(Bacillus subtilis)、バチラス・リケニホルミス(B. licheniformis)、バチラス・レンタス(B. lentus)、バチラス・ブレビス(B. brevis)、バチラス・ステアロテルモフィラス(B. stearothermophilus)、バチラス・アルカロフィラス(B. alkalophilus)、バチラス・アミロリケファシンス(B. amyloliquefaciens)、バチラス・コーグランス(B. coagulans)、バチラス・サーキュランス(B. circulans)、バチラス・ロータス(B. lautus)、バチラス・チューリンゲンシス(B. thuringiensis)、ストレプトマイセス・リビダンス(Streptomyces lividans)、ストレプトマイセス・ムリナス(S. murinus)から成る群から選択されるグラム陽性バクテリア、またはグラム陰性バクテリアであり、グラム陰性バクテリアが大腸菌(Escherichia coli)である、請求項8に記載の単離された細胞。
- 請求項1または2に記載のポリペプチドの、洗剤用組成物または食器洗浄用組成物への使用。
- 請求項1または2に記載のポリペプチドの、洗剤用または食器洗浄剤用の洗剤用添加剤組成物への使用。
- 請求項1または2に記載のポリペプチドを含む洗剤用添加剤であって、非粉飛散性の顆粒、安定化された液剤、または保護された酵素のいずれかの形態である、洗剤用添加剤。
- さらに、セルラーゼ、プロテアーゼ、及びアミラーゼからなる群から選択される酵素を含む、請求項12に記載の洗剤用添加剤。
- アミラーゼが、α-アミラーゼ、β-アミラーゼ、またはグルコアミラーゼのいずれかである、請求項13に記載の洗剤用添加剤。
- 請求項1または2に記載のポリペプチドを含む、洗剤用組成物。
- 請求項12または13に記載の洗剤用添加剤を含む、洗剤用組成物。
- さらに、プロテアーゼ、リパーゼ、ペルオキシダーゼ、アミラーゼ、セルラーゼ、マンナナーゼ、ペクチン酸リアーゼ、またはこれらの組合せから成る群から選択される酵素を含む、請求項15に記載の洗剤用組成物。
- 請求項1または2に記載のポリペプチドを含む、手洗いまたは自動食器洗浄用の洗剤組成物。
- さらに、プロテアーゼ、リパーゼ、ペルオキシダーゼ、アミラーゼ、セルラーゼ、マンナナーゼ、ペクチン酸リアーゼ、またはこれらの組合せから成る群から選択される酵素を含む、請求項18に記載の手洗いまたは自動食器洗浄用の洗剤組成物。
- 請求項1または2に記載のポリペプチドを含む、手洗いまたは自動衣類洗濯用の洗剤組成物。
- さらに、プロテアーゼ、リパーゼ、ペルオキシダーゼ、アミラーゼ、セルラーゼ、マンナナーゼ、ペクチン酸リアーゼ、またはこれらの組合せから成る群から選択される酵素を含む、請求項20に記載の手洗いまたは自動衣類洗濯用の洗剤組成物。
- 請求項1または2に記載のポリペプチドの、織物ディサイジング用組成物への使用。
- 請求項1または2に記載のポリペプチドを含み、水溶液にされ、任意成分として酵素を含む、織物ディサイジング用組成物。
- 請求項1または2に記載のポリペプチドを含み、水溶液にされた澱粉加工用組成物。
- グルコアミラーゼ、イソアミラーゼ、プルラナーゼ、またはこれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項24に記載の澱粉加工用組成物。
- 澱粉を液化するために十分な時間、請求項24に記載の澱粉加工用組成物を用いて澱粉を加工する方法。
- 請求項1または2に記載のポリペプチドを含むバイオフィルム加水分解用組成物であって、溶液状またはゲル状であり、任意成分としてセルラーゼ、ヘミセルラーゼ、キシラナーゼ、リパーゼ、プロテアーゼ、ペクチナーゼ、抗菌剤、またはこれらの組合せを含む、バイオフィルム加水分解用組成物。
- 請求項27に記載のバイオフィルム加水分解用組成物を、バイオフィルムの一部または全部を加水分解するために必要な時間用いて、バイオフィルムを加水分解する方法。
- 請求項1または2に記載のポリペプチドの水溶液を含む、澱粉糖化用組成物。
- 請求項29に記載の澱粉糖化用組成物を、澱粉を糖化するために必要な時間用いて、澱粉を糖化する方法。
