Description
強化処理は、イオン交換処理にて行うことが望ましい。イオン交換処理は、例えば400〜550℃の硝酸カリウム溶液中にガラス板を1〜8時間浸漬することによって行うことができる。イオン交換条件は、ガラスの粘度特性等を考慮して最適な条件を選択すればよい。
Claims (15)
- 表面に圧縮応力層を有する強化ガラス基板であって、ガラス組成として、質量%でSiO2 40〜70%、Al2O3 12〜25%、B2O3 0〜10%、Li2O 0〜3%、Na2O 6〜15%、K2O 0〜10%、Li2O+Na2O+K2O 13〜20%、CaO 0〜0.8%、SrO+BaO 0〜5%含有すると共に、MgO、ZrO2、ZnOからなる群のうち少なくとも1種以上の成分を含み、且つ質量分率で(MgO+ZrO2+ZnO)/(MgO+ZrO2+ZnO+Al2O3)の値が0.25〜0.45であり、タッチパネルディスプレイに用いられることを特徴とする強化ガラス基板。
- 表面に圧縮応力層を有する強化ガラス基板であって、ガラス組成として、質量%でSiO2 40〜70%、Al2O3 12〜25%、B2O3 0〜10%、Li2O 0〜3%、Na2O 6〜15%、K2O 0〜10%、Li2O+Na2O+K2O 13〜20%、MgO 0〜3.9%、CaO 0〜0.8%、ZnO 0〜5%、ZrO2 0〜5.5%、SrO+BaO 0〜5%含有し、且つ質量分率で(MgO+ZrO2+ZnO)/(MgO+ZrO2+ZnO+Al2O3)の値が0.25〜0.45であることを特徴とする請求項1の強化ガラス基板。
- 化学的に強化されてなることを特徴とする請求項1又は2の強化ガラス基板。
- 表面の圧縮応力が100MPa以上、且つ圧縮応力層の厚みが1μm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかの強化ガラス基板。
- 未研磨の表面を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかの強化ガラス基板。
- 遷移金属元素の含有量が0.5質量%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかの強化ガラス基板。
- 液相粘度が104.0dPa・s以上のガラスからなることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかの強化ガラス基板。
- 表面の圧縮応力が600MPa以上、且つ圧縮応力層の厚みが10μm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかの強化ガラス基板。
- As 2 O 3 の含有量が0.1質量%未満であり、且つSb 2 O 3 の含有量が0.1質量%未満であることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかの強化ガラス基板。
- 板厚が0.7mm以下であること特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれかの強化ガラス基板。
- MgO+ZrO2+ZnOの含有量が0.01〜9質量%であることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれかの強化ガラス基板。
- ガラス組成として、質量%でSiO2 40〜70%、Al2O3 12〜25%、B2O3 0〜10%、Li2O 0〜3%、Na2O 6〜15%、K2O 0〜10%、Li2O+Na2O+K2O 13〜20%、CaO 0〜0.8%、SrO+BaO 0〜5%含有すると共に、MgO、ZrO2、ZnOからなる群のうち少なくとも1種以上の成分を含み、且つ質量分率で(MgO+ZrO2+ZnO)/(MgO+ZrO2+ZnO+Al2O3)の値が0.25〜0.45であり、タッチパネルディスプレイに用いられることを特徴とする強化用ガラス。
- ガラス組成として、質量%でSiO2 40〜70%、Al2O3 12〜25%、B2O3 0〜10%、Li2O 0〜3%、Na2O 6〜15%、K2O 0〜10%、Li2O+Na2O+K2O 13〜20%、CaO 0〜0.8%、SrO+BaO 0〜5%含有すると共に、MgO、ZrO2、ZnOからなる群のうち少なくとも1種以上の成分を含み、且つ質量分率で(MgO+ZrO2+ZnO)/(MgO+ZrO2+ZnO+Al2O3)の値が0.25〜0.45の範囲のガラス組成となるように調合したガラス原料を溶融し、板状に成形した後、イオン交換処理を行ってガラス表面に圧縮応力層を形成し、タッチパネルディスプレイに用いることを特徴とする強化ガラスの製造方法。
- フロート法にて板状に成形することを特徴とする請求項13の強化ガラス基板の製造方法。
- オーバーフローダウンドロー法にて板状に成形することを特徴とする請求項13の強化ガラス基板の製造方法。
