Description

前記技術的課題を達成するために、本発明による液晶表示装置は画像を表示する液晶表示パネルと、前記液晶表示パネルに光を供給するバックライトアセンブリと、前記液晶表示パネル及び前記バックライトアセンブリを収納する収納容器と、を具備し、前記収納容器は、モルードフレーム及び強度強化手段を含み、前記モルードフレームは、第1部材及び前記第1部材と連結される第2部材を含み、前記強度強化手段は、ベースプレートと、前記ベースプレートの少なくとも一部分と連結される強度強化部を含む。前記第2部材の少なくとも一部分は前記強度強化部を取り囲む。
前記第1部材は、前記バックライトアセンブリに位置し前記液晶表示パネルを支持することができる。
第2部材は前記液晶表示パネルに位置することができる。

Claims (20)
- モルードフレーム及び強度強化手段を備え、
前記モルードフレームは、第1部材及び前記第1部材と連結された第2部材を含み、
前記強度強化手段は、ベースプレートと、前記ベースプレートの少なくとも一部分と連結され、前記ベースプレートから外側に突出し、前記第2部材の外壁の少なくとも一部分を取り囲む強度強化部と、を含む
ことを特徴とする表示装置用収納容器。 - 前記モルードフレームには、前記第1部材と前記第2部材との間にホールが形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の収納容器。
- 前記強度強化手段は、前記強度強化部と前記ベースプレートとを連結し、前記ホールを通過する連結部を含むことを特徴とする請求項2記載の収納容器。
- 前記第2部材の幅は、0.5μm以上であることを特徴とする請求項2記載の収納容器。
- 前記強度強化部は、2つ以上形成されることを特徴とする請求項3記載の収納容器。
- 前記強度強化手段は、前記第2部材の内側面と接続し、前記ベースプレートの一部分と連結される内壁をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項5記載の収納容器。
- 前記強度強化部は、前記固定部の外側壁の一部分を取り囲むことを特徴とする請求項3記載の収納容器。
- 前記強度強化部は、前記固定部の外側壁の上部から下部の間に形成されることを特徴とする請求項7記載の収納容器。
- 前記第2部材と連結され前記強度強化部の下側に形成される補助部をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項7記載の収納容器。
- 前記補助部は、前記強度強化部の幅と同一の幅で形成されることを特徴とする請求項9記載の収納容器。
- 前記強度強化部は、前記第2部材の外側面の全体を取り囲むことを特徴とする請求項3記載の収納容器。
- 前記強度強化部は、前記第2部材の下部まで形成されることを特徴とする請求項11記載の収納容器。
- 前記モルードフレームは、前記第1部材の上側で延長され、前記液晶表示パネルの側面を保護する保護壁をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項2記載の収納容器。
- 前記モルードフレームは、プラスチック材質から形成されることを特徴とする請求項13記載の収納容器。
- 前記強度強化手段は、金属材質から形成されることを特徴とする請求項2記載の収納容器。
- 請求項1に記載の収納容器の製造方法であって、
強度強化遮断を形成する段階と、
前記強度強化手段を固定金型に固定する段階と、
前記固定金型と可動金型とを連結する段階と、
前記強度強化手段と接続するモルードフレームを形成する段階と、を含むことを特徴とする収納容器の製造方法。 - 前記モルードフレームを形成する段階は、前記固定金型と可動金型によって形成された空間に樹脂物を注入する段階と、前記樹脂物を硬化させる段階と、前記固定金型と可動金型とを分離する段階と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項16記載の収納容器の製造方法。
- 画像を表示する液晶表示パネルと、
前記液晶表示パネルに光を供給するバックライトアセンブリと、前記液晶表示パネル及び前記バックライトアセンブリを収納する収納容器と、
を具備し、
前記収納容器は、モルードフレーム及び強度強化手段を含み、
前記モルードフレームは、
第1部材及び前記第1部材と連結される第2部材を含み、
前記強度強化手段は、
ベースプレートと、
前記ベースプレートの少なくとも一部分と連結される強度強化部を含み、
前記強度強化手段は、前記ベースプレートから外側に突出し、前記第2部材の外壁の少なくとも一部分を取り囲むことを特徴とする液晶表示装置。 - 前記第1部材は、前記バックライトアセンブリに位置し前記液晶表示パネルを支持することを特徴とする請求項18記載の液晶表示装置。
- 第2部材は前記液晶表示パネルに位置することを特徴とする請求項19記載の液晶表示装置。
