Description
コーティング組成物は、高温で、または循環温度中操作されるときでさえ、耐熱性およびクラック耐性でなけばならない。好ましくはコーティングは、非常に速い加熱および/または冷却速度での循環中に耐熱性およびクラック耐性を示す。好ましくはコーティングは、こーティングされた基体が400℃の温度に加熱された後、室温のバケツの水中に入れられる試験に耐えることができなければならない。さらには、またはあるいは、コーティングは、20℃/分の加熱速度に耐えることができなければならないか、またはそのまま加熱オーブン中に入れることに耐えることができなければならない。好ましくは、パイプに適用されたときに、コーティングは、不意にパイプを通過する蒸気に耐えることができなければならない。

1つの実施態様においては、以下の粒径分布を有するミクロサイズのタルクが使用される:約10〜20ミクロン、好ましくは約12〜16ミクロンの上部削除、中央の粒径約2〜8ミクロン、好ましくは約3〜5ミクロン、かつ20〜30重量%の粒子が2ミクロンより下の大きさを有する。

Claims (6)
- 連続温度および循環温度での操作に使用可能な耐熱性およびクラック耐性の腐食防止コーティング組成物であって、
・式:
を有する線状または分岐したポリシロキサン、
・ 1種以上のチタン酸アルキル、
・ タルクおよび/またはマイカまたはそれらの混合物、ならびに
・ アルミニウム片、
を含むコーティング組成物。 - 連続温度および循環温度での操作に使用可能な耐熱性およびクラック耐性の腐食防止コーティング組成物であって、
・式
を有する、1種以上の分岐したポリシロキサン、
・ 1種以上のチタン酸アルキル、
・ タルクおよび/またはマイカまたはそれらの混合物、ならびに
・ リーフィングアルミニウム片、
を含むコーティング組成物。 - 請求項1または2記載のコーティング組成物でコーティングされた基体。
- 基体が、炭素鋼、ステンレス鋼および金属コーティングされた鋼から選択される請求項3記載の基体。
- オルトケイ酸アルキルもしくはその縮合生成物をさらに含む、請求項1または2記載のコーティング組成物。
- 前記金属コーティングされた鋼が、熱的に噴霧されたアルミニウムまたは亜鉛でコーティングされている、請求項4記載の基体。
