Claims (11)
- アンモニアを含むガス流(2)を生成するための蒸発装置(1)であって、少なくとも、
ハウジング(3)と、
流入部(5)および流出部(6)を有し、閉じられた壁(7)によって画定された、少なくとも1つの蛇行したフローダクト(4)と、
前記ハウジング(3)と前記壁(7)との間に、前記少なくとも1つのフローダクト(4)の第1の蒸発セクション(9)において少なくとも配置され、かつ同軸上に渡っている、少なくとも1つの熱導体(8)と、
を備え、
前記蒸発装置(1)は、第1の蒸発セクション(9)および第2の蒸発セクション(15)で形成され、前記第1の蒸発セクション(9)および前記第2の蒸発セクション(15)は互いに平行し、かつターニングセクション(40)を介して互いに連結され、
前記第1の蒸発セクション(9)と前記第2の蒸発セクション(15)とに異なる熱導体を同時に提供し、第1の蒸発セクションに提供される熱導体にPTC(正の温度計数)要素を用いる、蒸発装置(1)。 - 前記閉じられた壁(7)は、チタニウムを含む管(10)によって形成される、請求項1に記載の蒸発装置(1)。
- 前記壁(7)は、加水分解コーティング(11)が少なくとも部分的に備わっている、請求項1または請求項2に記載の蒸発装置(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの熱導体(8)は、少なくとも前記第1の蒸発セクション(9)において、前記ハウジング(3)および前記少なくとも1つのフローダクト(4)から間隔を置いて配置されている、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の蒸発装置(1)。
- 少なくとも、前記少なくとも1つのフローダクト(4)、または前記少なくとも1つの熱導体(8)は、少なくともアルミニウムまたは銅を含む基体(13)へと鋳造される、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の蒸発装置(1)。
- 少なくとも、前記少なくとも1つのフローダクト(4)および前記少なくとも1つの熱導体(8)は、銅粉(42)を含む基体(13)に配置される、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の蒸発装置(1)。
- 少なくとも1つの断熱部(14)が、前記ハウジング(3)と前記少なくとも1つの熱導体(8)との間に提供される、請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の蒸発装置(1)。
- 前記蒸発装置(1)は、第1の蒸発セクション(9)および第2の蒸発セクション(15)で形成され、かつ、以下の要素、すなわち、蛇行したフローダクト(4)、熱導体(8)、壁(7)、基体(13)、および断熱部(14)のうちの少なくとも1つの、少なくとも配置構成、数、または設計が変更可能である、請求項1から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の蒸発装置(1)。
- 加水分解コーティング(11)を有する少なくとも1つの反応チャンバ(16)が、前記少なくとも1つのフローダクト(4)の前記流出部(6)に隣接して提供される、請求項1から請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の蒸発装置(1)。
- 少なくとも1つのタンク(18)、投与ポンプ(19)、請求項1から請求項9のいずれか一項に記載の蒸発装置(1)、および上述の構成要素を少なくとも部分的に連結する少なくとも1つのラインセクション(20)を備える、装置(17)。
- 内燃エンジン(22)および排気システム(23)を有する車両(21)であって、前記排気システム(23)は少なくとも1つのSCR触媒体(24)、および少なくとも1つのポート(25)を有し、請求項1から請求項9のいずれか一項に記載の蒸発装置(1)または請求項10に記載の装置(17)が、前記内燃エンジン(22)と前記少なくとも1つのSCR触媒体(24)との間に提供された結果、気体アンモニアが前記少なくとも1つのSCR触媒体(24)へと流れるように、前記気体アンモニアが前記排気システム(23)へと導かれることができる、車両(21)。
