Fe,Ni,Co,Cr,Mo,Wの中から選ばれた1種以上の結合相が2〜30重量%と不可避不純物とから成る装飾用焼結合金(装飾部品用セラミックス)が開示されている。
但し、M:Zr,Hf,V,Nb,Ta,Crの中から選ばれた1種以上

そして、特許文献2および3では、TiNZ(0.6≦Z≦0.95)を主体にした硬質相による、黄金色の色調を保持させた装飾用焼結合金(装飾部品用セラミックス)が開示されており、Zの値が化学量論組成よりも少なくなるほど黄金色から淡黄金色に変化し、この色調に、更に黄金色を呈するTiO,ZrN,HfN,VN,NbN,TaN,CrN,Cr2N,TaC,NbCを加えることにより、深みのある淡黄金色から鮮明な黄金色までの色調コントロールが一層容易になると記載されている。
%以下、前記金属ニオブを1質量%以上13質量%以下、前記金属クロムを0.5質量%以上
8質量%以下、前記炭素を1質量%以上2質量%以下の範囲で含み、残部が窒化チタンからなることを特徴とするものである。

ニッケルは、展性に富み、主成分である窒化チタンの結晶同士を結合する結合剤として作用するために、できる限り多く加えることが好ましいが、一方で、装飾部品用セラミックスを構成する全成分100質量%における比率が高過ぎる場合は、装飾部品用セラミックスを身に付けていると汗と反応してニッケルが溶出してしまい、需要者の求める高級感,美的満足感および精神的安らぎ等の装飾的価値を与えるピンク系金色から色調が変化するおそれがある。
図2は本発明の時計用装飾部品である時計用ケースの一例を示しており、(a)は時計用ケースを表側から見た斜視図であり、(b)は(a)の時計用ケースを裏側から見た斜視図である。また、図3は本発明の時計用装飾部品である時計用ケースの別の例を示す斜視図である。また、図4は本発明の時計用装飾部品である時計用バンドの構成の一例を示す模式図である。なお、これらの図において同じ部位を示す場合は同じ符号を付してある。
R 1610−2003に準拠して測定することができる。
R 1610−2003に準拠して、装飾面のビッカース硬度Hv(以下、硬度という。)を5箇所測定し、その平均値を算出した。
結果を表1に示す。
まず、窒化チタンの粉末の組成式をTiNxとしたときの原子数xが表2に示す窒化チタン粉末を用意し、他の原料については実施例1と同じ原料を用意した。次に、焼結体での比率(含有量)が表2に示す比率となるように秤量し、粉砕・混合して調合原料とした。そして、実施例1と同様の製造方法にて試料No.24〜28の窒化チタン質焼結体からなる装飾部品用セラミックスを得た。
結果を表2に示す。
まず、試料No.27に用いた窒化チタン粉末を用意し、他の原料については実施例1と同じ原料を用意した。次に、焼結体での比率(含有量)が表3に示す比率となるように秤量し、粉砕・混合して調合原料とした。そして、実施例1と同様の製造方法にて試料No.29〜40の窒化チタン質焼結体からなる装飾部品用セラミックスを得た。
結果を表3に示す。
まず、実施例1と同じ原料を用意し、焼結体での比率(含有量)が表4に示す比率となるように秤量し、粉砕・混合して調合原料とした。そして、実施例1と同様の製造方法にて試料No.41〜46の窒化チタン質焼結体からなる装飾部品用セラミックスを得た。
結果を表4に示す。
まず、実施例1と同じ原料を用意し、焼結体での比率(含有量)が表5に示す比率となるように秤量し、粉砕・混合して調合原料とした。そして、バレル研磨前まで実施例1と同様の製造方法を行ない、開気孔率による影響を確認するため、バレル研磨時間を異ならせた試料No.47〜50の窒化チタン質焼結体からなる装飾部品用セラミックスを得た。
結果を表5に示す。

Claims (15)
- 窒化チタンを主成分とし、他の成分として、金属ニッケル,金属ニオブ,金属クロムおよび炭素を含む窒化チタン質焼結体からなり、前記成分の含有量の合計を100質量%としたとき、前記金属ニッケルを5質量%以上19.5質量%以下、前記金属ニオブを1質量%以上13質量%以下、前記金属クロムを0.5質量%以上8質量%以下、前記炭素を1質量%以上2質量%以下の範囲で含み、残部が窒化チタンからなることを特徴とする装飾部品用セラミックス。
- 装飾面の算術平均高さRaが0.03μm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装飾部品用セラミックス。
- 前記窒化チタン質焼結体は、組成式をTiNxとしたときに0.8≦x≦0.96であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の装飾部品用セラミックス。
- 前記ニッケルを7質量%以上14.5質量%以下、前記ニオブを2.5質量%以上10質量%以下の含有量で含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の装飾部品用セラミックス。
- 前記クロムを1.5質量%以上6.5質量%以下の含有量で含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載の装飾部品用セラミックス。
- 前記窒化チタン質焼結体は、熱伝導率が22W/(m・K)以上かつ26W/(m・K)以下であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれかに記載の装飾部品用セラミックス。
- 請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれかに記載の装飾部品用セラミックスと、該装飾部品用セラミックスと異なる色調の装飾面を有する装飾部品とが並べて配置されていることを特徴とする複合装飾部品。
- 請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれかに記載の装飾部品用セラミックスからなることを特徴とする時計用装飾部品。
- 請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれかに記載の装飾部品用セラミックスからなることを特徴とする携帯端末機用装飾部品。
- 請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれかに記載の装飾部品用セラミックスからなることを特徴とする生活用品用装飾部品。
- 請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれかに記載の装飾部品用セラミックスからなることを特徴とする車両用品用装飾部品。
- 請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれかに記載の装飾部品用セラミックスからなることを特徴とするスポーツ用品用装飾部品。
- 請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれかに記載の装飾部品用セラミックスからなることを特徴とする楽器用装飾部品。
