Description
表1に記載したとおりに、2種類のTPC、架橋剤、及び任意に可塑剤を配合し、連続混練押出し機で混練を行い、エラストマー成形体を得た。螺旋管に網状管を被覆した芯材の外周に得られたエラストマー成形体を被覆し、実施例1〜6の内視鏡用可撓管を作製した。
付記1.可撓管表面に外皮を被覆してなる内視鏡用可撓管において、前記外皮は、2種類以上の熱可塑性ポリエステルエラストマーが架橋して成ることを特徴とする内視鏡用可撓管。
付記2. 前記2種類以上の熱可塑性ポリエステルエラストマーが、カルボジイミド化合物を架橋剤として用いて架橋されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の内視鏡用可撓管。
付記3.前記カルボジイミドの平均分子量が10000以上であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の内視鏡用可撓管。
付記4.前記熱可塑性ポリエステルエラストマーの少なくとも1種類のハードセグメントがポリブチレンテレフタレートであることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の内視鏡用可撓管。
Claims (6)
- ポリブチレンテレフタレートから成るハードセグメントを含む第1の熱可塑性ポリエステルエラストマーと、ポリブチレンナフタレートから成るハードセグメントを含む第2の熱可塑性ポリエステルエラストマーとが架橋しており、さらに架橋剤と、可塑剤とを含むことを特徴とする、内視鏡用エラストマー成形体。
- 前記架橋剤はカルボジイミド化合物であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡用エラストマー成形体。
- 前記カルボジイミド化合物の平均分子量が10000以上であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の内視鏡用エラストマー成形体。
- 前記可塑剤を5〜25重量部含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の内視鏡用エラストマー成形体。
- 内視鏡用可撓管の表面を被覆する外皮として成形されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の内視鏡用エラストマー成形体。
- 請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の内視鏡用エラストマー成形体から成る外皮で被覆されたことを特徴とする、内視鏡用可撓管。
