Claims (5)
- 閉磁路を構成するコアと、
前記コアの互いに対向する位置に巻回され、前記コアに同じ周回方向に磁束を発生させるように直列接続された一対のコイルと、
前記一対のコイルに直流電流を重畳した交流電流を印加する励磁電源と、
前記一対のコイルの接続点に接続された検出回路とを備えることを特徴とする地磁気センサ。 - 請求項1記載の地磁気センサにおいて、
前記検出回路は、前記接続点の電圧を前記励磁電源の交流励磁電圧を用いて同期検波する同期検波器と、前記同期検波器の出力を平滑化するローパスフィルタとよりなることを特徴とする地磁気センサ。 - 請求項1記載の地磁気センサにおいて、
前記検出回路は、前記接続点の電圧の直流成分を除去する直流遮断器と、前記直流遮断器の出力を全波整流する全波整流器と、前記全波整流器の出力を平滑化するローパスフィルタとよりなることを特徴とする地磁気センサ。 - 請求項1記載の地磁気センサにおいて、
前記検出回路は、前記接続点の電圧の直流成分を除去する直流遮断器と、前記直流遮断器の出力を半波整流する半波整流器と、前記半波整流器の出力を平滑化するローパスフィルタとよりなることを特徴とする地磁気センサ。 - 請求項2乃至4記載のいずれかの地磁気センサにおいて、
フィードバックコイルとフィードバック回路と読取抵抗器とが設けられ、
前記フィードバックコイルは前記コアを磁気平衡させるべく、前記コアに巻回され、
前記フィードバック回路は、基準電圧を発生する基準電圧源と、前記ローパスフィルタの出力と前記基準電圧を加算する加算器と、前記加算器の出力を増幅して前記フィードバックコイルにフィードバック電流を流す増幅器とよりなり、
前記フィードバック電流は前記読取抵抗器によって電圧に変換されて出力されることを特徴とする地磁気センサ。
