Description
図1は本発明の一実施の形態によるレンズアクチュエータの断面図、図2は同分解斜視図であり、同図において、11は略円筒状でガラス入りポリカーボネート等の絶縁樹脂製のキャリア、12はニッケルめっき鋼板等のカバー、13はポリフタルアミド等の絶縁樹脂製の上ケース、14は同じく下ケースで、カバー12上面に上ケース13が重ねて配置されると共に、カバー12と下ケース14の間に、キャリア11が上下動可能に収納されている。

Claims (1)
- 略円筒状で中空部にレンズが装着されるキャリアと、このキャリアの上方に配置されたカバーと、上記キャリアの上下面に弾接した複数のばねと、いずれか一方が上記キャリアに装着され、他方が上記キャリア外周または内周に配置されたコイルと磁石からなり、上記キャリア上面に上方へ突出する略壁状の保持部を一体に形成すると共に、この上方の上記カバーに上記保持部に対向する切欠状の支持部を設けたレンズアクチュエータの製造方法であって、略角柱状の保持ピン下面の窪部内側面を上記キャリアの略壁状の保持部と当接させると共に、上記保持ピンの外側面を上記カバーの切欠状の支持部に当接させ、上記キャリアの回転を抑止した後、上記キャリア内に上記レンズを装着するレンズアクチュエータの製造方法。
