Description
エンドカバーはSUS304材料のようなステンレス板を用いることができる。材料を入れてから絞り成形の方式により部品とする完成品を加工できる。その形状として、図4に示すような大径段エンドカバーは外端が大きく、内端が小さい台形状をなすことができる(以下、第1のエンドカバー構造と略称する)。または、図6に示すような大径段エンドカバーの端部に半径方向に伸出した止め口(以下、第2のエンドカバー構造と略称する)を有する。弁体はステンレス管状材料を用いて製造される。
弁体、弁座、取付け管E、S、C、Dなど部品を組み立てた後に、さらに炉において鑞接やトーチ半田付けなどの方式で一体に溶接される。もしトーチ半田付けの方式であれば、溶接の後にまた表面処理によりスケールを除去する処理工程が必要である。
パイロットバルブと弁体部品を組み立ててから溶接して固着する。
スライド弁、ブラケット、ピストンなど部品を組み立てる。
第1のエンドカバー構造であれば、大径段エンドカバーの外端と前記弁体の内壁との間に締まり嵌めとなる。締め代量は具体的に材質と寸法に応じて、例えば0.1mm〜0.6mmの間に制限するのが好ましい。手動、油圧、空気圧などの圧力機を用いて、エンドカバーを弁体の両端に押し込んで、エンドカバーの外端を弁体の外端に平行或いはやや位置ずれさせ、そしてワークを治具に置いて締め付けて固定する。第2のエンドカバー構造であれば、両部品の組合せ寸法に応じて、締め代と圧力嵌めなどの方式を選択して、エンドカバーの止め口を弁体の端面に当接して組合せ、再び部品を治具に置いて締め付けて固定する。
アルゴンアック溶接や、プラズマ溶接や、レーザー溶接などの方式により、両者を一体に溶接する。溶接する時に弁体内部の部品を弁体の中間部位に置き、溶接後直ちに濡れたタオルや、冷たい空気などで溶接部位を冷却することにより、溶接によるピストンへの熱影響を低減する。

Claims (3)
- 四方切換弁の主弁体の弁体と組み合わせることに用いられるエンドカバーであって、前記エンドカバーは軸方向に沿って順次に設置されている大径段と小径段とを有し、そのうち、大径段エンドカバーの外周は弁体と封止接続するために用いられ、小径段のエンドカバーの端部は主弁体のピストンと組み合わせるために用いられることにより、ピストンの作動位置を限定するためのエンドカバーにおいて、
前記大径段エンドカバーは外端が大きく、内端が小さい台形状に形成されており、前記台形状の大径段エンドカバーの円錐角は、4°〜32°であることを特徴とするエンドカバー。 - 前記台形状の大径段エンドカバーの母線の長さは、1mm〜5mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエンドカバー。
- 主弁体と、パイロット弁とを備え、前記主弁体がエンドカバーと弁体とを含む四方切換弁において、
前記エンドカバーと弁体はステンレス材料を採用し、前記エンドカバーは請求項1又は2に記載のエンドカバーを採用することを特徴とする四方切換弁。
