Description
(a)管状マンドレルのまわりにワイヤを巻き付け、内側コイルを形成することと、
(b)シート材から形成される管状本体を提供するために、管状マンドレルおよび内側コイルのまわりにシート材を巻き付けることと、
(c)管状本体のまわりにワイヤを巻き付け、外側コイルを形成することと、
(d)外側コイルのまわりに細長い部材を巻き付けることであって、細長い部材は対向している長手方向縁を有し、各長手方向縁は対向している長手方向縁の協働フォーメーションに相互係合することができるフォーメーションを含み、細長い部材は、細長い部材の対向している長手方向縁が隣接する配置か重なり合う配置であるように、外側コイルのまわりに螺旋状に巻かれ、隣接する縁または重なり合う縁のフォーメーションを互いに係合させることと、
(e)工程(d)で作られたホースの端を固定することと、
(f)ホースをマンドレルから取り外すことと、
を具備する。
(g)管状本体の外側表面および外側ワイヤ上に硬化可能な液体樹脂を加えることと、
(h)樹脂が硬化するのを可能にすることと、
を含んでいる。
(i)管状本体の外側表面および外側ワイヤ上に硬化可能な曝気した液体樹脂を加えることと、
(j)樹脂が硬化するのを可能にして、中に気泡を含有する固体プラスチックコーティングを形成することと、
を含んでいる。
(k)内側部材をホースの開口端に配置することと、
(l)荷重移送手段をホースの外側表面へクランプすることと、
(m)封止部材を管状本体の外側表面へクランプすることと、
を含んでいる。
(n)管状軸方向強化手段を荷重移送手段の一部上で折り返す工程
を含んでいる。
(o)内側部材をホースの開口端に配置することと、
(p)封止リングを管状本体の外側表面上に加えることと、
(q)圧縮部材を封止リング上に加え、圧縮部材を使用して封止部材を管状部材および内側部材との封止係合に圧縮することと、
を具備する。
Claims (7)
- 内側把持部材と外側把持部材との間に配置され、可撓性材料でできた管状本体を具備するホースであって、このホースは、互いに対向した長手方向縁を有する細長い部材をさらに具備し、この細長い部材は、細長い部材の前記対向した長手方向縁が、相互に隣接する配置かまたは重なり合う配置であるように、前記管状本体のまわりに螺旋状に巻かれ、前記長手方向縁の各々は、他方の長手方向縁と協働する構成部に相互係合することができる構成部を有し、細長い部材が長手方向縁間の方向に波形であり、前記長手方向縁が相互係合されると、縁の外側の側面は前記長手方向縁間の波形と異なるパターンの波形である、ホース。
- 長手方向縁間の波形はその各側面が対称的であり、長手方向縁の領域の波形と異なる、請求項1に記載のホース。
- 前記相互係合する構成部は、前記それぞれの縁に沿って連続して延在している、請求項1または2に記載のホース。
- 各相互係合する構成部は、対向している縁の対応している構成部に相互係合するように形状づけられ、前記縁に沿って配置された形状部を具備している、請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載のホース。
- 前記形状部は、前記細長い部材が前記管状本体のまわりに巻かれるときに、前記縁の一方の構成部が、前記対向している縁の構成部と相互係合するように押すことができる、請求項4に記載のホース。
- 各相互係合する構成部は、複数の突起物および窪みを含み、一方の構成部の前記突起物および窪みは、対向している長手方向縁の前記構成部のそれぞれの前記窪みおよび突起物に相互係合するように適合される、請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載のホース。
- ホースを形成する方法であって、
(a)管状マンドレルのまわりにワイヤを巻き付け、内側コイルを形成することと、
(b)シート材から形成される管状本体を提供するように、前記管状マンドレルおよび前記内側コイルのまわりにシート材を巻き付けることと、
(c)前記管状本体のまわりにワイヤを巻き付けて、外側コイルを形成することと、
(d)前記外側コイルのまわりに細長い部材を巻き付けることであって、細長い部材は対向している長手方向縁を有し、その各縁間の方向に波形であり、各長手方向縁は前記対向している長手方向縁の協働する構成部に相互係合することができる構成部を含み、前記細長い部材は、前記細長い部材の前記対向している長手方向縁が隣接している配置か重なり合う配置であるように、前記外側コイルのまわりに螺旋状に巻かれ、隣接している縁または重なり合う縁の構成部を互いに係合させ、前記長手方向縁が相互係合されると、縁の外側の側面は前記長手方向縁間の波形と異なるパターンの波形であることと、
を具備する方法。
