Claims (1)
- スカート部の少なくともスラスト方向外周面にピストンの軸方向に直交する方向の複数の溝状条痕が形成され、前記複数の溝状条痕が形成された外周面上に樹脂皮膜層が形成されると共に、前記樹脂皮膜層に、前記スカート部の面圧上昇部位に対応する部分であるスラスト方向中央部分の上部に少なくとも最外周の半円弧が重なり、両下端がピストンの軸方向の下方に開口する形態で、複数の半円弧からなる溝パターンが形成され、
前記樹脂皮膜層の膜厚をa、前記溝状条痕の溝底からの条痕高さをbとするとき、次式の条件を満たすことを特徴とする内燃機関のピストン。
