カーボンブラック(FEF):三菱化学(株)製のダイヤブラックE(N2SA41m2/g、DBP吸油量115ml/100g)
シリカ:デグッサ社製のUltrasil VN3(N2SA:210m2/g)
シランカップリング剤:デグッサ社製のSi69(ビス(3−トリエトキシシリルプロピル)テトラスルフィド)
アロマオイル:(株)ジャパンエナジー製のJOMOプロセスX140(石油系レジン)
ワックス:日本精蝋(株)製のオゾエース035
老化防止剤:住友化学工業(株)製のアンチゲン6C(N−(1,3−ジメチルブチル)−N’−フェニル−p−フェニレンジアミン)
ステアリン酸:日本油脂(株)製
酸化亜鉛:三井金属鉱業(株)製
硫黄:鶴見化学工業(株)製の粉末硫黄
加硫促進剤:大内新興化学工業(株)製のノクセラーNS(N−tert−ブチル−2−ベンゾチアゾリルスルフェンアミド)
シトラコンイミド化合物:フレキシス社製のPERKALINK900(1,3−ビスシトラコンイミドメチルベンゼン)
表1〜6に示す配合処方にしたがい、バンバリーミキサーを用いて、硫黄、加硫促進剤およびシトラコンイミド化合物以外の薬品を混練りし、混練り物を得た。つぎに、得られた混練り物に硫黄、加硫促進剤およびシトラコンイミド化合物を添加して練り込み、未加硫ゴム組成物を得た。さらに、得られた未加硫ゴム組成物を170℃の条件下で12分間プレス加硫し、実施例2〜14、参考例1および比較例1〜2の加硫ゴム組成物を得た。
加硫ゴム組成物の1cm3のゴム片を高温オーブン(200℃〜300℃の各温度)で30分間放置した後、ゴムのブロー状況を確認する。ゴムがブローし始めた温度をブロー温度とした。本発明において「ブローした」は、高温オーブンで30分間放置した後の1cm3のゴム片を切断して、内部断面の気泡の数を測定することで確認することができる。つまり、1cm3のゴム片の内部断面に0.1mmの気泡が5個以上確認できた状態を「ブローした」状態とし、その温度をブロー温度とした。ゴムがブローし始めた温度(ブロー温度)が高いほど、耐ブロー性能が優れていることを示す。
加硫ゴム組成物を用いて195/65R15サイズのタイヤの高速耐久試験を実施し、損傷する走行速度(km/h)で耐久性を判断した。タイヤを用いて、(1)200km/h−10分間、(2)210km/h−10分間、(3)220km/h−10分間と順に走行速度を上げて高速耐久試験を実施し、損傷する走行速度(km/h)を確認した。つまり、より速い速度(km/h)領域まで走行できるタイヤが高速耐久性に優れていることを示す。

- ジエン系ゴム100質量部に対して、
シリカを10〜60質量部、および
シトラコンイミド化合物を1〜3質量部配合するブレーカークッション用ゴム組成物であって、
ジエン系ゴムが天然ゴム30〜90質量%およびエポキシ化天然ゴム70〜10質量%からなるゴム成分であるブレーカークッション用ゴム組成物。 - さらに、カーボンブラックを2〜20質量部配合する請求項1記載のブレーカークッション用ゴム組成物。
- さらに、硫黄を0.7〜2質量部配合する請求項1または2記載のブレーカークッション用ゴム組成物。
- 請求項1、2または3記載のブレーカークッション用ゴム組成物を用いたブレーカークッションを有するタイヤ。
