Claims (6)
- 主回路電流の開閉を行う主回路接点部,主回路部と操作機構とを電気的に絶縁する絶縁ロッド部,主回路接点に接圧を与える接圧ばね部,および主回路接点を開閉動作させさらに開状態および閉状態を保持させる電磁操作機構部を有する電磁操作方式開閉装置において,
前記電磁操作機構部により駆動される電磁操作機構駆動軸と,前記接圧ばね部あるいは前記絶縁ロッド部につながり前記主回路接点部を開閉させる主回路接点可動軸とを有し,前記電磁操作機構駆動軸と前記主回路接点可動軸との接合部は、前記主回路接点可動軸に設けたばね受け接続金具の貫通穴に前記電磁操作機構駆動軸が嵌合され、両軸が互いに径方向及び軸方向に変位可能な空隙を有し、前記空隙は、前記軸方向に変位することで前記主回路接点部が開状態のときは前記ばね受け接続金具の一方側に形成され、前記主回路接点部が閉状態のときには前記ばね受け接続金具の他方側に形成されるように構成されていることを特徴とする電磁操作方式開閉装置。 - コイルばねを用いた前記接圧ばね部の接圧ばねのコイル巻き始め端部とコイル巻き終わり端部とを周方向にずらし整数以外の巻き数としたことを特徴とする,請求項1記載の電磁操作方式開閉装置。
- 前記電磁操作機構駆動軸と,前記接圧ばね部あるいは前記絶縁ロッド部につながり前記主回路接点部を開閉させる前記主回路接点可動軸との接続角度を変換する角度変換リンクを用いて,前記電磁操作機構駆動軸と前記主回路接点可動軸とを45°から180°傾けて接続したことを特徴とする,請求項1または請求項2記載電磁操作方式開閉装置。
- 前記電磁操作機構駆動軸と前記主回路接点可動軸との接続角度を変換する前記角度変換リンクを,前記主回路接点可動軸に対して対称に2個配置し,複数台の電磁操作機構を前記主回路接点可動軸に対して対称配置が可能としたことを特徴とする,請求項3記載の電磁操作方式開閉装置。
- 電磁操作方式開閉装置の開状態検出および閉状態検出に用いる回転式補助接点を,前記電磁操作機構駆動軸と,前記接圧ばね部あるいは前記絶縁ロッド部につながり前記主回路接点部を開閉させる前記主回路接点可動軸との接続角度を変換する前記角度変換リンクに直接取り付けたことを特徴とする,請求項4記載の電磁操作方式開閉装置。
- ワッシャー状接点消耗量インジケータを前記主回路接点可動軸に設け,電磁操作方式開閉装置の閉状態にて前記接圧ばね受けと前記ワッシャー状接点消耗量インジケータとの主回路接点可動軸方向距離つまり前記接圧ばねの圧縮量を測定することにより,主回路接点の接点消耗量が監視可能としたことを特徴とする,請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の電磁操作方式開閉装置。
