Claims (7)
- 振動源側と支持側の一方に取り付けられる第1取付具と、
振動源側と支持側の他方に取り付けられる第2取付具と、
前記第1取付具と第2取付具との間に介設されたゴム状弾性体からなる防振基体と、
前記防振基体が室壁の一部をなす液体が封入された主液室と、
ゴム状弾性体からなる第1ダイヤフラムが室壁の一部をなす液体が封入された第1副液室と、
前記主液室と第1副液室を仕切る仕切り体と、
前記主液室と第1副液室とを連結する第1オリフィス流路と、
を備えた液封入式防振装置において、
前記仕切り体は、
当該仕切り体に対して外周部が液密に保持されるとともに、該外周部よりも内側に可撓性膜部を備えたゴム状弾性体からなる第2ダイヤフラムと、
前記第2ダイヤフラムを介して前記主液室から区画された第2副液室と、
前記第1オリフィス流路よりも高周波数域にチューニングされて前記第1副液室と第2副液室とを連結する第2オリフィス流路と、
前記第2ダイヤフラムの主液室側において前記可撓性膜部の主液室側の膜面と間隔をあけて対向する対向壁と、
を備え、
前記可撓性膜部には、前記第2オリフィス流路の開口の周りに当接し当該開口を取り囲んで閉塞する弁部が該可撓性膜部の膜面から立ち上がる周壁状に形成されて、該周壁状の弁部の内側において当該弁部に囲まれた空間が前記第2副液室に形成されるとともに、前記可撓性膜部は、前記弁部の外側に貫通穴が設けられ、かつ、前記対向壁に圧接される突起が主液室側の膜面に設けられた
ことを特徴とする液封入式防振装置。 - 前記突起が前記可撓性膜部を挟んで前記弁部に重なる位置に設けられ、前記開口の周りの仕切り体壁面と前記対向壁との間で前記弁部と突起が圧縮された状態に保持されたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の液封入式防振装置。
- 前記突起が、前記可撓性膜部を挟んで前記弁部と重なり合う位置に周壁状に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項2記載の液封入式防振装置。
- 前記弁部と前記突起が、前記可撓性膜部の厚み方向の中心面に関して対称形状に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項3記載の液封入式防振装置。
- 前記第2ダイヤフラムは、前記弁部が前記開口の周りの仕切り体壁面から主液室側に離間するように前記可撓性壁部が撓み変形でき、これにより前記可撓性膜部に設けた前記貫通穴から主液室側に液体を供給できるよう構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の液封入式防振装置。
- 前記弁部の内側の膜部分にリブが設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の液封入式防振装置。
- 前記対向壁には、前記弁部の内側の膜部分に対向する位置に中央貫通穴が設けられるともに、該中央貫通穴の周りに複数の外周貫通穴が設けられており、前記突起が前記中央貫通穴を取り囲む周壁状をなしていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の液封入式防振装置。
