Claims (9)
- 樹脂製の外皮の最外層に生じた破損部を補修する可撓管の補修方法において、
前記破損部の周りを剥がし、前記破損部及び前記破損部の周りの表面をならした後、前記破損部及び前記破損部の周りに液状の補修材を塗布する補修材塗布工程と、
次に、前記補修材の表面と前記破損部の前記最外層の表面との間に段差が生じないように、前記破損部にチューブを被せるチューブ被覆工程と、
次に、前記補修材を硬化させる補修材硬化工程と、
次に、前記チューブを前記破損部から剥がすチューブ剥離工程と
からなることを特徴とする可撓管の補修方法。 - 粘着テープで前記破損部の周りを剥がし、紙やすりで前記破損部及び前記破損部の周りの表面をならすことを特徴とする請求項1記載の可撓管の補修方法。
- 前記チューブは、硬化した補修材が接着しない材料から形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の可撓管の補修方法。
- 前記チューブは、加熱することにより収縮する熱収縮チューブであることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3いずれか1項記載の可撓管の補修方法。
- 前記熱収縮チューブは、収縮前は前記外皮の外径よりも若干大きい内径を有し、収縮後は前記外皮の外径よりも小さい内径を有することを特徴とする請求項4記載の可撓管の補
修方法。 - 前記補修材硬化工程においては、前記補修材を前記外皮の溶融点未満の温度で加熱することを特徴とする請求項1ないし5いずれか1項記載の可撓管の補修方法。
- 前記補修材は、前記最外層と同じ成分を含むことを特徴とする請求項1ないし6いずれか1項記載の可撓管の補修方法。
- 前記補修材は、前記外皮と接着する成分を含むことを特徴とする請求項1ないし7いずれか1項記載の可撓管の補修方法。
- 前記チューブ被覆工程の前に、前記チューブの両端部に切り込みが入れられることを特徴とする請求項1ないし8いずれか1項記載の可撓管の補修方法。
