Description
本発明の第1実施例は複灯式の車両用灯具1となるようにしたもので、図1は平面図、図2は正面図、図3は概略断面図を示し、図4に分解斜視図を示す。同各図において、車両用灯具1の主体部となるレンズホルダ11は、例えば、アルミなど軽合金などの金属材料による鋳造や鍛造などにより上部レンズホルダ11Aと下部レンズホルダ11Bが一体成形されている。
本発明の第2実施例は単灯式の車両用灯具5となるようにしたもので、図6は平面図、図7は正面図、図8は概略断面図を示し、図9に分解斜視図を示す。同各図において、車両用灯具5の主体部となるレンズホルダ51は、第1実施例と同様にアルミなど軽合金などの金属材料による鋳造や鍛造などにより一体成形されている。

Claims (4)
- 半導体発光素子の発光光を光源とし、該発光光を投影レンズに導いて車両外部を照射する車両用灯具であり、
熱伝導性基板に固定された半導体発光素子からなる光源と、
前記光源からの発光光を車両外部に照射する単数または複数の投影レンズと、
前記半導体発光素子からの発光光を反射し前記投影レンズに入射させる楕円反射面を備えたリフレクタと、
前記投影レンズを保持する金属材料により一体成形されたレンズホルダとを有し、
前記光源は、前記投影レンズからの照射方向と反対方向に向けて出射するように配置し、
前記リフレクタは、前記光源の照射方向に配置し、
前記投影レンズは、前記光源よりも前記投影レンズからの照射方向側に配置され、
前記レンズホルダは、前記照射方向側に設けた前記投影レンズを装着する被装着部と、前記反対方向側に設けた前記熱伝導性基板を固定する固定部とを有し、
前記熱伝導性基板は、前記レンズホルダにおける前記反対方向側の端部にて、前記光源が前記反対方向に向けて発光光を出射するように固定されており、
前記楕円反射面は、その第1の焦点を前記光源の発光面の近傍とし、その第2の焦点を前記投影レンズの焦点位置近傍とし、
前記リフレクタは、前記レンズホルダに固定されている、ことを特徴とする車両用灯具。 - 前記レンズホルダの外周の一部に放熱フィンが形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両用灯具。
- 前記楕円リフレクタの反射領域外の半導体発光素子からの発光光を反射する放物面リフレクタを、前記半導体発光素子より前記投影レンズからの照射方向の反対側に配設したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両用灯具。
- 前記投影レンズの焦点の近傍で配光パターンのカットオフを形成する遮光シャッタを前記レンズホルダに備えたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の車両用灯具。
