Description
Claims (16)
- ハウジングと、該ハウジングに対して回転するために軸受装置により支持された駆動シャフトと、前記ハウジング上に装着されたステータ部品及び該ステータ部品に軸方向に近接して前記駆動シャフト上に装着されたロータ部品を含むポンプ機構と、を備えた真空ポンプであって、
前記軸受装置は、複数の可撓性部材で連結された内側及び外側環状部分を含む金属製の弾性支持体により径方向及び軸方向の両方向に支持された軸受を含むことにより、該軸受の内側レースと前記弾性支持体の外側部分との間に固定関係が存在して、前記ポンプ機構の前記ロータ部品とステータ部品との間の軸方向の間隙を決定するようになる、
ことを特徴とする真空ポンプ。 - 前記可撓性部材の各々は、前記内側及び外側環状部分とほぼ同心状の細長い弓形部材である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の真空ポンプ。 - 前記可撓性部材は周方向に整列される、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の真空ポンプ。 - 前記可撓性部材は複数の前記弾性支持体の一体形板ばねを提供する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の真空ポンプ。 - 前記金属材料は、鍛鋼、アルミニウム、チタン、リン青銅、ベリリウム銅、アルミニウム合金、及びチタン合金のうちの1つを含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の真空ポンプ。 - 前記弾性支持体は、500から10,000N/mmまでの範囲の軸方向剛性を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の真空ポンプ。 - 前記弾性支持体は、500から1,000N/mmまでの範囲の軸方向剛性を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の真空ポンプ。
- 前記弾性支持体は、50から500N/mmまでの範囲の径方向剛性を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の真空ポンプ。 - 前記弾性支持体上にエラストマ減衰部材が装着される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の真空ポンプ。 - 前記減衰部材は、前記弾性支持体の端面に形成された環状溝内に配置される、
ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の真空ポンプ。 - 前記ロータ部品及び前記ステータ部品の一方は、該ロータ部品及び該ステータ部品の他方の方向へ延びるとともに複数の螺旋状の流路を定める側面を有する複数の壁を備える、ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の真空ポンプ。
- 前記ポンプ機構はシーグバーンポンプ機構である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項11のいずれか1項に記載の真空ポンプ。 - 前記ポンプ機構はゲーデポンプ機構である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の真空ポンプ。 - 前記ポンプ機構は再生ポンプ機構である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の真空ポンプ。 - 前記ポンプ機構は、前記駆動シャフト上に配置された複数の前記ロータ部品と、前記ハウジング上に装着され前記ロータ部品間に配置された複数の前記ステータ部品を備える、ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項14のいずれか1項に記載の真空ポンプ。
- 前記ポンプ機構の上流にターボ分子ポンプ機構を備える、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項15のいずれか1項に記載の真空ポンプ。
