Description
Claims (8)
- 中空円筒状のエレメント(1)を備えたローラ支承装置であって、
中空円筒状のエレメント(1)内で、該中空円筒状のエレメント(1)の中心軸線(6)に対して直交する横方向でローラ(4)が軸受け(8,10)内に支承されている形式のものにおいて、
少なくともローラ(4)の端面(16,18)に被さる範囲で、線材状に形成されている位置固定エレメント(12)が設けられており、
該位置固定エレメント(12)は、該位置固定エレメント(12)が、中空円筒状のエレメント(1)の内室(14)内で、中空円筒状のエレメント(1)の中心軸線(6)に対して軸方向に延びる方向および回転する方向に関して中空円筒状のエレメント(1)と形状接続的に、つまり係合に基づいた嵌合により、連結されて、かつ少なくとも中空円筒状のエレメント(1)の中心軸線(6)の方向におけるローラ(4)の転動時、ローラ(14)の両端面(16,18)をローラ(4)の中心軸線(20)に対して軸方向で位置固定するように形成されかつ配置されていることを特徴とするローラ支承装置。 - 位置固定エレメント(12)がローラ(4)の両端面(16,18)の中心(22)の範囲でローラ(4)と連結されるように位置固定エレメント(12)が形成されかつ配置されている、請求項1記載のローラ支承装置。
- 位置固定エレメント(12)が、軸受け(8,10)からのローラ(4)の脱落を防止するためにローラ(4)を、中空円筒状のエレメント(1)の中心軸線(6)の方向で位置固定するように形成されかつ配置されている、請求項1または2記載のローラ支承装置。
- 位置固定エレメント(12)が中空円筒状のエレメント(1)の内室(14)内に自動的に緊定されるようなばね弾性特性を持って位置固定エレメント(12)が形成されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のローラ支承装置。
- 中空円筒状のエレメント(1)の内室(14)に溝(24)が形成されており、該溝(24)内に位置固定エレメント(12)が係合している、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のローラ支承装置。
- 位置固定エレメント(12)が、中空円筒状のエレメント(1)の壁(2)を貫通した貫通案内部(26)の範囲で、中空円筒状のエレメント(1)の中心軸線(6)に対して回転する方向に関して形状接続的に、つまり係合に基づいた嵌合により、中空円筒状のエレメント(1)と連結されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のローラ支承装置。
- 位置固定エレメント(12)が複数の舌片(28,30,32)を備えており、該舌片(28,30,32)が、中空円筒状のエレメント(1)の内室(14)内に配置されており、該舌片(28,30,32)を介して、中空円筒状のエレメント(1)内への組付けのために位置固定エレメント(12)を弾性変形させるための力が導入されるようになっている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のローラ支承装置。
- 前記舌片(28,30,32)が、軸受け(8,10)からのローラ(4)の脱落を防止するためにローラ(4)を中空円筒状のエレメント(1)の中心軸線(6)の方向で位置固定するように前記舌片(28,30,32)が形成されている、請求項7記載のローラ支承装置。
