Claims (6)
- 電線の外表面にコーティング層を形成する電線のコーティング装置において、
前記コーティング層を形成するコート剤とこのコート剤を溶かす溶媒とからなるコーティング液を内部に含浸し且つ弾性を有する多孔質部材と、
前記多孔質部材を収容する収容槽と、
前記電線を保持し且つ前記電線と前記収容槽とを前記電線の長手方向に交差する方向に沿って相対的に接離させる接離手段と、
前記収容槽に接離する前記電線を前記収容槽内に収容可能にする電線収容部と、を備えたことを特徴とする電線のコーティング装置。 - 前記多孔質部材が、前記電線収容部に収容される前記電線を通す溝部を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電線のコーティング装置。
- 前記溝部の内面には凹部が複数設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電線のコーティング装置。
- 前記電線収容部の前記電線の長手方向の両端に位置する部分には、弾性を有し、且つ、前記電線が前記電線収容部に収容される際には弾性変形して前記溝部と連通して前記電線が通るのを許容するとともに、前記電線が前記電線収容部外に位置付けられると弾性復元力によって閉じるスリットを有した第二の多孔質部材を備えたことを特徴とする請求項2または請求項3に記載の電線のコーティング装置。
- 前記多孔質部材に前記コーティング液を供給する供給手段を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のうちいずれか一項に記載の電線のコーティング装置。
- 電線の外表面にコーティング層を形成する電線のコーティング方法において、
前記電線と、前記コーティング層を形成するコート剤とこのコート剤を溶かす溶媒とからなるコーティング液を内部に含浸し且つ弾性を有する多孔質部材を収容する収容槽と、を前記電線の長手方向に交差する方向に沿って相対的に接離させて、前記電線を前記収容槽内に出し入れして電線の外表面にコーティング層を形成することを特徴とする電線のコーティング方法。
