Description
Claims (17)
- 金属管であって、該管の壁を通じての熱エネルギーの移動により該管外のまたは該管内の媒質または対象物を加熱するための管であり、該管の内面および外面の一方または両方において熱が輻射により少なくとも実質程度吸収または放出され、しかも該管は少なくとも750℃に加熱される時にその表面上にAl2O3の層を形成する材料で作られている管において、酸化後に0.7を超える輻射率係数を有する層を形成する金属、合金および金属化合物の1種によって、または0.7を超える輻射率係数を有する金属酸化物から成る被覆層によって、該管の外面および内面の少なくとも一方が被覆されており、
被覆層の厚さは、管の加熱に際して被覆層の下にAl 2 O 3 が形成し得るように十分薄く、
管が、10〜25wt%のCr、1〜10wt%のAl、0〜5wt%のMo、残余のFeおよび不可避的不純物から成るFeCrAlベース材料から成る
ことを特徴とする金属管。 - 被覆層の厚さが5μmを超えないことを特徴とする請求項1記載の金属管。
- 表面被覆層が、0.8を超える輻射率係数を与えるように設計されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の金属管。
- 管の外面および内面の一方の面すなわち第1面のみが表面被覆層により被覆されていて、被覆層からガス雰囲気内に不所望物質が入る危険性が回避されねばならないガス雰囲気と管の外面および内面の他方の面すなわち第2面が接触するのを可能にすることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の金属管。
- 表面被覆層が、輻射加熱のための管の予定操作温度および/または環境において金属酸化物を自然に形成する金属または合金から成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の金属管。
- 表面被覆層の金属、合金または金属酸化物が、ニッケルもしくはコバルト、ニッケルおよび/もしくはコバルトを含有する合金、またはニッケルおよび/もしくはコバルトを含有する金属酸化物であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の金属管。
- ベース材料のMoの含有量が2〜3.5wt%であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の金属管。
- 管のベース材料が合金元素ハフニウム、ジルコニウム、イットリウム、窒素、炭素および酸素の1種またはそれ以上を含有し、これらの合金元素の総含有量が最大5wt%であることを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載の金属管。
- 表面被覆層が、>0.3μmの厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の金属管。
- 管が分解管であることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の金属管。
- 複数本の請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の管を含む管システム。
- 気体状炭化水素を分解するための分解炉において、該分解炉が1本の請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の管を含むことを特徴とする分解炉。
- 炭化環境において使用する請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の金属管。
- 管の外面において輻射熱を受け取ることによる管内の媒質の輻射加熱のための炉において使用する請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の金属管。
- 管内の気体状媒質の形態の媒質を加熱するために使用する請求項14に記載の金属管。
- 管を通じて流れる炭化水素を分解するための分解炉内に管が配置される請求項15に記載の金属管。
- 管の周囲に熱を輻射するために、管を内部から加熱することにより、炉内に置かれるべき物体を加熱するための炉において使用する請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の金属管。
