Claims (10)
- 可動部材を閉じる方向へのストロークの終端部の動きを阻止するように構成された減速装置において、
使用時に可動部材の当接面に固定可能であり、粘性流体が充填される密閉室を形成する本体と、
前記本体内に配設された弾性手段と、
少なくとも一部が前記本体から突出し、使用時に前記可動部材と協働するように構成される押し棒であって、該押し棒の突出位置と格納位置との間で弾性手段の付勢に抗して前記本体に摺動可能に収容される心棒と一体化される押し棒と、
前記密閉室を相互の油圧伝達が保持された2つの部分に分割するように前記密閉室に収容され、前記心棒に固定されたピストンとを具備し、
前記心棒は、前記押し棒に一体的に接続される第1の端部と、第1の端部に対向する第2の端部とを備え、該心棒の第1と第2の端部は、前記本体内にあるとき、前記密閉室から外側に摺動可能で、かつ、前記密閉室自体に対しては液密に摺動可能となっており、
前記本体は、第1のカップ状凹面と第2のカップ状凹面とを画成するケーシングを具備し、前記第1の凹面と前記第2の凹面とは、相互に向かい合い、共通の底壁によって分割されており、前記共通の底壁は、前記心棒のための通路と、前記心棒に接触するシール部材のための第1の座部とを備え、前記第1の凹面は、その開口を通って導入され前記底壁に当接する前記押し棒を内部に収容する形状を有し、前記第2の凹面は、前記密閉室を形成するために、その開口がキャップによって液密に閉じられる減速装置。 - 前記心棒は、前記密閉室に全体的かつ液密に取り付けられ、その中間部分が前記ピストンを一体的かつ同軸上に担持する請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記弾性手段は前記密閉室内に取り付けられており、使用時に前記粘性流体に浸され、前記ピストンの前記押し棒と向かい合う面とは反対側の面に作用するようになっている請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記キャップはカップ形状であり、その筒状部が前記ケーシングの前記第2の凹面内に突出しており、
前記筒状部の先端には底壁が設けられ、該底壁には前記心棒のための通路と、前記心棒に接触するシール部材のための第2の座部とが形成されており、
前記第1と第2の座部は、対向するシール部材を組付けるための開口をそれぞれ備え、前記第1の座部は前記キャップに向き合っている請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記キャップの前記筒状部は、前記第2の凹面の側壁との間に所定の隙間を半径方向外側に形成するとともに、前記押し棒が前記格納位置にあるときに前記心棒の前記第2の端部を収容する座部が形成されており、
前記弾性手段は、前記所定の隙間内に収容されたコイルバネによって形成され、該コイルバネは前記キャップの前記筒状部に嵌合するように担持され、かつ、前記ピストンと前記キャップとの間に所定の負荷を加えられた状態で挟持されるようになっている請求項4に記載の装置。 - 前記カップ形状のキャップは、その筒状部にアクセスするための開口がカバーによって閉じられており、該カバーは、前記心棒の前記第2の端部のための前記ハウジング座部に存在する空気を排気するための少なくとも1つの通気口を備えている請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記ピストンは、前記心棒の前記格納位置へのストロークの間のみ前記密閉室の2つの部分の間の相互の油圧伝達を抑制する可動シール部材を備える請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記密閉室の2つの部分の間の相互の油圧伝達は、前記ピストンと前記密閉室の内部側面との間の半径方向隙間を通じてなされ、前記心棒が摺動するにつれ該隙間を通って粘性流体が漏出し、
前記可動シール部材はOリングによって形成され、
該Oリングは、前記押し棒とは反対の側に向かって先細になる円錐状面によって、前記心棒の前記摺動軸に向かって半径方向に限定される前記心棒の周辺管状座部に隙間を設けて取り付けられる請求項7に記載の装置。 - 請求項1に記載の減速装置(1)を備える家具であって、
該減速装置(1)は、家具の少なくとも1つの引き出しまたはドアなどの可動部材の当接面に取り付けられ、前記可動部材を閉じる方向へのストロークの終端部を前記押し棒によって阻止して、前記弾性手段の付勢に抗して、前記押し棒の前記格納位置に向かって前記心棒を摺動させるようにした家具。 - 前記可動部材が前記家具の引き出しである請求項9に記載の家具。
