Description
黒色を呈している遮光性層、白色又は銀色の第1の反射性層、黒色、白色又は銀色以外の色を呈している着色層をこの順に積層した積層構造、および、両方の表層として粘着層を有する粘着シートであって、少なくとも一方の表面のL*(明度)が30以上、C*(彩度)が3以上であり、粘着シート全体の波長550nmの光の透過率が0.3(%)以下であることを特徴とする装飾用両面粘着シートを提供する。
なお、本明細書では、上記発明のほか、
遮光性層、白色又は銀色層、着色層をこの順に積層した積層構造、および、少なくとも一方の表層として粘着層を有する粘着シートであって、少なくとも一方の表面のL * (明度)が30以上、C * (彩度)が3以上であり、粘着シート全体の波長550nmの光の透過率が0.3(%)以下であることを特徴とする粘着シート、についても説明する。
また、積層構造が、白色又は銀色の反射性層、遮光性層、白色又は銀色層、着色層をこの順に積層した構造である前記の粘着シート、についても説明する。
本発明の粘着シートにおける遮光性層は、光の透過を遮断する層であり、例えば、LCDを有する携帯電話の表面(LCD近傍)に粘着シートを貼付する場合に、下のLCDからの迷光を遮断し、表面に貼付する装飾フィルムの意匠性の低下を防ぐ役割を担う。本発明の遮光性層の透過率は、特に限定されないが、0.3(%)以下[0〜0.3(%)]であることが好ましく、より好ましくは0.1(%)以下[さらに好ましくは0.05(%)以下]であり、中でも0.03(%)以下[特に0.01(%)以下]であることが好適である。
本発明の粘着シートにおいては、上記遮光性層と後述の着色層の間に白色又は銀色層が設けられている。当該白色又は銀色層は、着色層側の表面から入射した光を反射して、遮光性層に吸収されるのを防ぎ、遮光性層の影響を分離する役割を担う。これによって、着色層および着色層上に設ける装飾フィルムの色が鮮やかに見える。白色又は銀色層を設けない場合には、着色層側から入射した光が遮光性層に吸収されることにより、即ち遮光性層の黒色が透けて見えるため、表面の着色層やその上に装飾フィルムを貼付する場合には、装飾フィルムの色が暗くなり、意匠性が低下する。
本発明の粘着シートにおいては、上記白色又は銀色層の、遮光性層と反対側に、着色層が設けられている。当該着色層は、粘着シートの表面に青色、赤色などを色を発現する役割を担う。これによって、例えば、本発明の粘着シートを着色層を外側として携帯電話等の筐体に貼付することにより、それ自体で装飾性を付与する装飾シートとして用いることもできるし、さらに着色層上に設けた粘着層を介して、さらにその上に装飾フィルムを貼付することにより、装飾フィルムの色を鮮やかに見せ、装飾性を向上させることができる。
上記の遮光性層、白色又は銀色層、着色層は、遮光性層、白色又は銀色層、着色層の順に積層された積層構造を有している必要がある。これらの層は、他の層を介さずに直接積層されていてもよいが、上記の順に積層されている限りは、接着層など他の層を介して積層されていてもよい。ただし、上記「他の層」には遮光性層、白色又は銀色層および着色層は含まないものとする。
本発明の粘着シートが基材付きタイプである場合、基材としては、特に限定されず、各種基材を用いることが可能であり、例えば、布、不織布、フェルト、ネットなどの繊維系基材;各種の紙などの紙系基材;金属箔、金属板などの金属系基材;各種樹脂によるフィルムやシートなどのプラスチック系基材;ゴムシートなどのゴム系基材;発泡シートなどの発泡体や、これらの積層体等の適宜な薄葉体を用いることができる。上記プラスチック系基材の材質又は素材としては、例えば、ポリエステル(ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレンナフタレート、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、ポリブチレンナフタレートなど)、ポリオレフィン(ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、エチレン−プロピレン共重合体など)、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリ塩化ビニリデン、ポリ塩化ビニル、塩化ビニル−酢酸ビニル共重合体、ポリ酢酸ビニル、ポリアミド、ポリイミド、セルロース類、フッ素系樹脂、ポリエーテル、ポリスチレン系樹脂(ポリスチレンなど)、ポリカーボネート、ポリエーテルスルホンなどが挙げられる。なお、基材は単層の形態を有していてもよく、また、複層の形態を有していてもよい。
本発明の粘着シートは、少なくとも一方の表層として、粘着層(粘着剤層)を有する。なお、両方の表層が粘着層である両面粘着シートであってもよい。中でも、装飾フィルムなどを携帯電話等の筐体に貼付する等、携帯電話貼付用途の場合には、両面粘着シートであることが好ましい。
本発明の粘着シートは、前述のように、少なくとも一方の表層に粘着層を有しており、シート内に遮光性層/白色又は銀色層/着色層の積層構成を含んでいればよく、特に限定されないが、中でも、以下の具体的構成が好ましく例示される。
(1)透明粘着層/透明基材/遮光性印刷層/白色又は銀色印刷層/着色印刷層;
(2)透明粘着層/透明基材/遮光性印刷層/白色又は銀色印刷層/着色印刷層/透明粘着層;
(3)透明粘着層/白色基材(反射性基材)/遮光性印刷層/白色又は銀色印刷層/着色印刷層;
(4)透明粘着層/白色基材(反射性基材)/遮光性印刷層/白色又は銀色印刷層/着色印刷層/透明粘着層;
(5)透明粘着層/白色基材(反射性基材)/白色又は銀色印刷層/遮光性印刷層/白色又は銀色印刷層/着色印刷層/透明粘着層。
上記の中でも、特に好ましくは、(5)の構成である。なお、上記(3)〜(5)の構成では粘着シートは反射性および遮光性を有する粘着シート(反射遮光性粘着シート)となる。

なお、L*a*b*表色系は、国際照明委員会(CIE)が1976年に推奨した色空間であり、CIE1976(L*a*b*)表色系と称される色空間のことを意味している。また、L*a*b*表色系は、日本工業規格では、JIS Z 8729に規定されている。
本発明の粘着シートには、粘着層表面の保護、ブロッキング防止の観点などから、粘着層表面にセパレータ(剥離ライナー)が設けられていてもよい。セパレータは粘着シートを被着体に貼着する際に剥がされるものであり、必ずしも設けなくてもよい。用いられるセパレータとしては、特に限定されず、公知慣用の剥離紙などを使用できる。例えば、シリコーン系、長鎖アルキル系、フッ素系、硫化モリブデン等の剥離剤により表面処理されたプラスチックフィルムや紙等の剥離層を有する基材;ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、ポリクロロトリフルオロエチレン、ポリフッ化ビニル、ポリフッ化ビニリデン、テトラフルオロエチレン・ヘキサフルオロプロピレン共重合体、クロロフルオロエチレン・フッ化ビニリデン共重合体等のフッ素系ポリマーからなる低接着性基材;オレフィン系樹脂(例えば、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレンなど)等の無極性ポリマーからなる低接着性基材などを用いることができる。なお、本発明の粘着シートが基材レスタイプである場合には、セパレータは、粘着層の支持基材としての役割を果たす。
以下に、本願で用いられる測定方法および効果の評価方法について例示する。
色彩色差計(コニカミノルタ(株)製、装置名「CR−200」)を用いて、L*a*b*表色系で規定されるL*、a*、b*を測定した。また、C*は前述のとおり、a*およびb*の二乗和の平方根により算出した。なお、サンプルの下にSUS(BA)板を置いて測定した。
(株)日立ハイテクノロジーズ製「U−4100型分光光度計」を用いて、波長550nmにおける粘着シートの一方の面側から照射して他方の面側に透過した光の強度を測定することにより求めた。
なお、剥離ライナーは剥がした状態で測定を行った。
(株)日立ハイテクノロジーズ製「U−4100型分光光度計」を用いて、波長が550nmの光を粘着シート表面に照射して、前記光を照射した面で反射した光の強度を測定することにより、反射率(%)を求める。
なお、実施例、比較例においては、白色PETフィルム側の表面の反射率を測定した。
(株)尾崎製作所製、0.001mmダイヤルゲージを用いて測定した。
温度計、攪拌機、窒素導入管および環流冷却管を備えた反応器に、アクリル酸n−ブチル70重量部、アクリル酸2−エチルヘキシル27重量部、アクリル酸3重量部、アゾビスイソブチロニトリル0.2重量部及び重合溶媒として酢酸エチル235重量部を投入し、窒素ガスを導入しながら1時間攪拌した。このように、重合系内の酸素を除去した後、63℃に昇温し、10時間反応させた。その後、室温まで冷却し、固形分濃度30重量%のアクリル系ポリマー溶液を得た。このアクリル系ポリマー溶液100重量部(固形分換算)に4官能エポキシ系架橋剤(三菱ガス化学(株)製「テトラッドC」)0.05重量部を加え、透明なアクリル系粘着剤を調製した。
白色ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)フィルム(帝人デュポンフィルム(株)製テトロンフィルム「TU3#13」)(厚み:13μm)の一方の面に、大日精化工業(株)製NB−300インキを、グラビア印刷法を利用して、白/銀/墨/墨/墨/白/白/紅の順に多層印刷を行い、厚さが24μmの基材を得た。この基材の両面に上記アクリル系粘着剤を粘着剤層(粘着層)の厚さが5μmとなるように塗布し、厚み34μmの両面接着テープ(両面粘着シート)を得た。
なお、前記の「白」、「墨」などは、それぞれ用いた印刷インキの種類であり、詳細は後述する。
両面粘着シートの構成は、透明粘着層/白色基材(PETフィルム)/白色又は銀色印刷層(2層)/遮光性印刷層(3層)/白色印刷層(2層)/着色印刷層/透明粘着層である。
白色ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)フィルム(帝人デュポンフィルム(株)製テトロンフィルム「TU3#13」)の一方の面に、大日精化工業(株)製NB−300インキを、グラビア印刷法を利用して、白/銀/墨/墨/墨/白/白/ピンクの順に多層印刷を行い、厚さが24μmの基材を得た。この基材の両面に上記アクリル系粘着剤を粘着剤層の厚さが5μmとなるように塗布し、厚み34μmの両面接着テープを得た。
白色ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)フィルム(帝人デュポンフィルム(株)製テトロンフィルム「TU3#13」)の一方の面に、大日精化工業(株)製NB−300インキを、グラビア印刷法を利用して、白/銀/墨/墨/墨/白/白/藍の順に多層印刷を行い、厚さが24μmの基材を得た。この基材の両面に上記アクリル系粘着剤を粘着剤層の厚さが5μmとなるように塗布し、厚み34μmの両面接着テープを得た。

白色ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)フィルム(帝人デュポンフィルム(株)製テトロンフィルム「TU3#13」)の一方の面に、大日精化工業(株)製NB−300インキを、グラビア印刷法を利用して、白/銀/墨/墨/墨/銀/藍の順に多層印刷を行い、厚さが22μmの基材を得た。この基材の両面に上記アクリル系粘着剤を粘着剤層の厚さが5μmとなるように塗布し、厚み32μmの両面接着テープを得た。
白色ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)フィルム(帝人デュポンフィルム(株)製テトロンフィルム「TU3#13」)の一方の面に、大日精化工業(株)製NB−300インキを、グラビア印刷法を利用して、白/銀/墨/墨/墨/紅の順に多層印刷を行い、厚さが21μmの基材を得た。この基材の両面に上記アクリル系粘着剤を粘着剤層の厚さが5μmとなるように塗布し、厚み31μmの両面接着テープを得た。
白色ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)フィルム(帝人デュポンフィルム(株)製テトロンフィルム「TU3#13」)の一方の面に、大日精化工業(株)製NB−300インキを、グラビア印刷法を利用して、白/銀/墨/墨/墨/藍の順に多層印刷を行い、厚さが21μmの基材を得た。この基材の両面に上記アクリル系粘着剤を粘着剤層の厚さが5μmとなるように塗布し、厚み31μmの両面接着テープを得た。
白色ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)フィルム(帝人デュポンフィルム(株)製テトロンフィルム「TU3#13」)の一方の面に、大日精化工業(株)製NB−300インキを、グラビア印刷法を利用して、白/銀/墨/墨/墨/銀の順に多層印刷を行い、厚さが21μmの基材を得た。この基材の両面に上記アクリル系粘着剤を粘着剤層の厚さが5μmとなるように塗布し、厚み31μmの両面接着テープを得た。
白 : 大日精化工業(株)製「NB−300白」
銀 : 大日精化工業(株)製「NB−300銀」
墨 : 大日精化工業(株)製「NB−300墨」
紅 : 大日精化工業(株)製「NB−300紅」
藍 : 大日精化工業(株)製「NB−300藍」
ピンク: 上記「NB−300紅」と「NB−300白」を2:8(重量比)で配合。
水色 : 上記「NB−300藍」と「NB−300白」を2:8(重量比)で配合。

Claims (6)
- 黒色を呈している遮光性層、白色又は銀色の第1の反射性層、黒色、白色又は銀色以外の色を呈している着色層をこの順に積層した積層構造、および、両方の表層として粘着層を有する粘着シートであって、少なくとも一方の表面のL*(明度)が30以上、C*(彩度)が3以上であり、粘着シート全体の波長550nmの光の透過率が0.3(%)以下であることを特徴とする装飾用両面粘着シート。
- 積層構造が、白色又は銀色の第2の反射性層、黒色を呈している遮光性層、白色又は銀色の第1の反射性層、黒色、白色又は銀色以外の色を呈している着色層をこの順に積層した構造である請求項1に記載の装飾用両面粘着シート。
- 粘着シートの厚みが10〜50μmである請求項1または2に記載の装飾用両面粘着シート。
- 白色又は銀色の第2の反射性層を有する側の面の反射率が60%以上である請求項2に記載の装飾用両面粘着シート。
- 粘着層を形成するための粘着剤がアクリル系粘着剤である請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の装飾用両面粘着シート。
- 携帯電話の装飾用、携帯情報端末の装飾用、及び小型ゲーム機の装飾用からなる群より選択される一の用途に用いられる請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の装飾用両面粘着シート。
