Description
VA族からなる群から選択される金属又は金属化合物からなる触媒を使用できる。
24において凝縮されなかった蒸気は不純物冷却器25に入り、ここで凝縮・液化される。液化された不純物は通常廃棄される場合が多い。不純物冷却器25で凝縮されなかったガスは減圧装置26を経て、系外に放出される。
ppm、より好ましくは10〜1000ppm程度である。
11では乳酸オリゴマーの解重合反応を進める。反応は10torr以下まで減圧し、120〜250℃の温度で、乳酸オリゴマーを三酸化アンチモンやオクチル酸スズ等の解重合触媒に接触させて行う。この反応により生成した気体ラクチドは還流冷却器12に送られる。
120〜250℃の温度で、ラクチドを三酸化アンチモンやオクチル酸スズ等の開環重合触媒及び1−ドデカノール等の重合開始剤に接触させて行う。重合開始剤の濃度が700ppmの場合、ポリ乳酸の重量平均分子量は200000程度であった。
2.5 であり、解重合時におけるラクチド及びオリゴマーの熱分解の影響は小さい。
80cm,初期触媒濃度5kg/m3 の条件で実施した。その結果、生成したラクチドについて、解重合工程での光学異性体化率の増加は9%、本ラクチドを用いて開環重合したポリ乳酸の着色はb値で4.4であった。
Claims (2)
- 縮合装置によりヒドロキシカルボン酸又はその縮合物を減圧下で加熱して縮合反応により縮合物を生成し、前記縮合装置により生成された縮合物を解重合装置のケーシングに設けられた前記縮合物供給口から導入し、回転する翼によりケーシング内部に液膜を形成し、加熱部により前記形成された液膜を加熱して前記縮合物の解重合反応を行い、生成された環状二重体を前記ケーシングに形成された環状二重体排出口から排出し、前記解重合装置で気化させた環状二重体を前記解重合装置と前記解重合装置で気化させた環状二重体を凝縮させる凝縮器との間に設置された還流冷却器に導入し、前記環状二重体から前記縮合物を分離させて還流するポリヒドロキシカルボン酸合成方法であって、
前記翼の形状が、回転軸に対して垂直な方向の翼の外径が順次小さくなる形状であり、かつ、前記ケーシングの内壁が前記翼の外側形状と平行となり、前記縮合物供給口が前記回転翼の外形が大きい側に、前記環状二重体排出口が前記回転翼の外形が小さい側のケーシングに形成されていることを特徴とするポリヒドロキシカルボン酸合成方法。 - 前記ヒドロキシカルボン酸が乳酸、前記縮合物が乳酸オリゴマー、前記環状二重体がラクチドである請求項1に記載のポリヒドロキシカルボン酸合成方法。
