Description
内筒状部品を外筒状部品の複数段の段部に載置した状態で、内筒状部品の貫通孔に位置決め用のガイドピンを前記外筒状部品のテーパ孔に当接するまで挿入して、内筒状部品と外筒状部品との同芯的な仮位置決めを行い、内筒状部品を押圧することにより内筒状部品に外筒状部品の複数段の段部を食い込ませ、複数段の段部のうち少なくとも一つの段部の側面に発生する残留応力である自緊力により、内筒状部品と外筒状部品とを結合し、
更に、外筒状部品の複数段の段部のうち少なくとも一つの段部の側面にアンダーカット部を設け、前記アンダーカット部に発生する残留応力である自緊力とアンダーカット部に塑性流動させた軟らかい部材とにより、内筒状部品と外筒状部品とを結合し、
更に、外筒状部品の内周面と内筒状部品の外周面とは、複数段の段部だけが接しており、段部以外には隙間を有する構成とした。

Claims (4)
- 2部品の結合方法において、
位置決めの必要なお互いの部分を治具で位置決めした状態で、
前記2部品のうち硬い方の部材に設けた角部で軟らかい方の部材をせん断加工し、かつ、前記角部の側面と前記せん断した面とで前記2部品を嵌合させた嵌合面を有し、
前記嵌合面における結合は、塑性結合、 または圧入で結合し、
硬い方の部材が内面に複数段の段部と内底の中心部にテーパ孔とを有する底付きの外筒状部品であり、軟らかい方の部材が中心に貫通孔を有する内筒状部品であり、
前記内筒状部品を前記外筒状部品の複数段の段部に載置した状態で、前記内筒状部品の貫通孔に位置決め用のガイドピンを前記外筒状部品のテーパ孔に当接するまで挿入して、前記内筒状部品と前記外筒状部品との同芯的な仮位置決めを行い、前記内筒状部品を押圧することにより前記内筒状部品に前記外筒状部品の複数段の段部を食い込ませ、前記複数段の段部のうち少なくとも一つの段部の側面に発生する残留応力である自緊力により、前記内筒状部品と前記外筒状部品とを結合し、
更に、前記外筒状部品の複数段の段部のうち少なくとも一つの段部の側面にアンダーカット部を設け、前記アンダーカット部に発生する残留応力である自緊力とアンダーカット部に塑性流動させた前記軟らかい部材とにより、前記内筒状部品と前記外筒状部品とを結合し、
更に、前記外筒状部品の内周面と前記内筒状部品の外周面とは、前記複数段の段部だけが接しており、前記段部以外には隙間を有することを特徴とする2部品の結合方法。 - 請求項1に記載の2部品の結合方法において、
前記外筒状部品の複数段の段部は内筒状部品に最初に食込んだ段部が前記内筒状部品にせん断面を形成し、続いて食込んだ段部が内筒状部品を食込み方向に対して略90度方向に塑性流動させ、前記塑性流動により先に食込んだ段部の側面に結合することを特徴とした2部品の結合方法。 - 可動弁と、可動弁を可動させる磁気回路と、前記可動弁の可動を案内する内径部とを有するガイドと、前記ガイドを内蔵し、燃料噴射孔を有する底付き形状のノズルを有する燃料噴射弁において、
前記ガイドをノズル内面に設けた少なくとも2段の段部に食い込ませ、前記段部の側面に発生する残留応力である自緊力により前記ガイドと前記ノズルとを結合し、前記段部による結合部以外のノズルの内径とガイドの外径との間にはクリアランスを有していることを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項3に記載の燃料噴射弁において、
前記ノズル内面の段部の側面にアンダーカット部を有し、前記アンダーカット部に発生する残留応力である自緊力と前記アンダーカット部に塑性流動させた前記ガイド部の材料とにより、前記ガイドと前記ノズルとを結合したことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。
