Description
前記磁性円筒体の前部に圧入可能な圧入筒部と、前記磁性円筒体の外径と略同一の外径を有して前記圧入筒部よりも大径に形成される大径部と、前記圧入筒部の外周面に対して直角な平坦面に形成されて前記圧入筒部および前記大径部間を結ぶ環状肩部とを前記弁部材に設けるととともに、前記固定コアに当接するストッパを形成するための非磁性材料製のストッパ素材を前記可動コアを形成するための可動コア素材の後端に固定する第1の工程と;
前記固定コアに非磁性円筒体を介して前記磁性円筒体を同軸に結合した状態で前記固定コアの前端から磁性円筒体の前端までの第1距離を測定する第2の工程と;
前記弁座に前記弁体を着座させて前記弁座部材および前記弁組立体を同軸に保持した状態で前記可動コアの後端から所定量突出した前記ストッパの後端から前記環状肩部までの第2距離が、前記第1距離から所望の値だけ小さくなるように前記ストッパ素材および可動コア素材の後端を同時に研削加工して前記ストッパおよび前記可動コアを形成する第3の工程と:
前記磁性円筒体の前端に前記環状肩部が当接するまで前記圧入筒部を磁性円筒体の前部に圧入した状態で前記磁性円筒体および前記弁座部材を突き当て溶接する第4の工程と;を順次実行することを特徴とする。

Claims (1)
- 弁座(13)を有する弁座部材(10)とともに弁ハウジング(8)を構成するようにして前記弁座部材(10)に前端が同軸に結合される磁性円筒体(9)の後端が、非磁性円筒体(26)を介して固定コア(22)に同軸に結合され、前記固定コア(22)への近接端が規制されるようにして固定コア(22)の前端に後端を対向させる可動コア(18)と、前記弁座(13)に着座することを可能として前記弁ハウジング(8)に収容される弁体(20)とが同軸に連なって成る弁組立体(17)が、前記弁体(20)を弁座(13)に着座させる側にばね付勢される電磁式燃料噴射弁を製造するにあたり、
前記磁性円筒体(9)の前部に圧入可能な圧入筒部(10a)と、前記磁性円筒体(9)の外径と略同一の外径を有して前記圧入筒部(10a)よりも大径に形成される大径部(10b)と、前記圧入筒部(10a)の外周面に対して直角な平坦面に形成されて前記圧入筒部(10a)および前記大径部(10b)間を結ぶ環状肩部(10c)とを前記弁座部材(10)に設けるととともに、前記固定コア(22)に当接するストッパ(28)を形成するための非磁性材料製のストッパ素材(28′)を前記可動コア(18)を形成するための可動コア素材(18′)の後端に固定する第1の工程と;
前記固定コア(22)に非磁性円筒体(26)を介して前記磁性円筒体(9)を同軸に結合した状態で前記固定コア(22)の前端から磁性円筒体(9)の前端までの第1距離(L1)を測定する第2の工程と;
前記弁座(13)に前記弁体(20)を着座させて前記弁座部材(10)および前記弁組立体(17)を同軸に保持した状態で前記可動コア(18)の後端から所定量突出したストッパ(28)の後端から前記環状肩部(10c)までの第2距離(L2)が、前記第1距離(L1)から所望の値だけ小さくなるように、前記ストッパ素材(28′)および可動コア素材(18′)の後端を同時に研削加工して前記ストッパ(28)および前記可動コア(18)を形成する第3の工程と:
前記磁性円筒体(9)の前端に前記環状肩部(10c)が当接するまで前記圧入筒部(10a)を磁性円筒体(9)の前部に圧入した状態で前記磁性円筒体(9)および前記弁座部材(10)を突き当て溶接する第4の工程と;
を順次実行することを特徴とする電磁式燃料噴射弁の製造方法。
