Claims (8)
- ・前面歯部によって作業室(19)を形成し、それぞれの旋回軸線が互いに一定角度を形成する少なくとも二つの駆動部材(13)と被動部材(18)から共働するロータと、 ・駆動部材(13)と被動部材(18)を収容する機械ハウジング(12)と、
・機械ハウジング(12)に関して駆動部材(13)と被動部材(18)の基礎軸受(11、22)と、
・ロータの作動の際に間欠的に作業室(19)と接続できる吸込通路と圧力通路と、
・駆動部材(13)の駆動装置(2)と、
を備える回転ピストン機械(1)において、
・駆動装置(2)はモータハウジング(3)に配置された電動モータであり、
・機械ハウジング(12)とモータハウジング(3)は互いに連結されており、
・駆動部材(13)及び被動部材(18)又はそれらのいずれか一方は、それぞれ他方の部材の方向に遊びを有して支承されており、
・駆動部材(13)及び被動部材(18)又はそれらのいずれか一方は軸方向角度状態を決定し且つ軸方向遊びを許容する基礎軸受(11、22)に配置されており、
・駆動部材(13)と被動部材(18)の基礎軸受は機械ハウジング(12)により一つの構成ユニットへと接続されていること、および、基礎軸受(11、22)は半径方向縁領域により機械ハウジング(12)内に固定するために機械ハウジング(12)の適切な前面開口にねじ込みできるか、或いは貼り付けできるか、或いは押し込まれることができることを特徴とする回転ピストン機械。 - 駆動部材(13)及び被動部材(18)又はそれらのいずれか一方はポンプ室(19)と反対を向いた側面に回転ジャーナル(16、25)有し、そして
基礎軸受(11、22)が回転ジャーナル(16、25)を収容するために、環状に形成された中央軸受穴を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転ピストン機械。 - 機械ハウジング(12)は電動モータ(2)と反対に向いた前面上で閉鎖できるユニットとして形成されたポンプハウジング(14)に挿入できることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の回転ピストン機械。
- ポンプハウジング(14)は被動部材(18)の基礎軸受(22)を載置するために中心軸線に斜めに延びている底(28)を備えてポット状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の回転ピストン機械。
- 室は、ポンプ作業室(19)と反対を向いた、駆動部材(13)及び/又は被動部材(18)の側面で流体的にポンプ作業室(19)の圧力側面と接続でき、それにより駆動部材(13)及び被動部材(18)が、互いに負荷できることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の回転ピストン機械。
- 流体的接続するために、穴或いは通路が機械ハウジング(12)で用いられることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の回転ピストン機械。
- 電動モータ(2)の軸端(9)と駆動部材(13)との間に遊び補償連動クラッチ(17)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の回転ピストン機械。
- 連動クラッチ(17)は、一方では電動モータ(2)の軸端(9)と係合する輪郭形成された内部窪み(21)と他方では駆動部材(13)のポンプ作業室(19)と反対に向いた側面で適切な差込み開口に係合する差込みジャーナル(23)とを備える環状/差込み部材として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の回転ピストン機械。
