Claims (13)
- 電池パックに用いられるケースであって、
難燃性の樹脂フィルムからなる第1樹脂部と、
前記第1樹脂部の所定の部位を残しつつ、当該第1樹脂部に樹脂を一体成形した第2樹脂部と、を備えている電池パック用ケース。 - 前記第2樹脂部を構成する樹脂は、前記第1樹脂部の樹脂フィルムと同じ素材である請求項1に記載の電池パック用ケース。
- 前記第2樹脂部及び前記第1樹脂部は、何れもポリカーボネート樹脂によって構成されている請求項2に記載の電池パック用ケース。
- 前記樹脂フィルムは透明であり、
前記樹脂フィルムの裏面に印字がなされている請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の電池パック用ケース。 - 第1ケース構成部と、この第1ケース構成部に結合される部位を有する第2ケース構成部とを備えており、前記第1ケース構成部と前記第2ケース構成部とが互いに結合されることによって電池を収納する空間が形成され、
前記第1樹脂部は、前記第1ケース構成部及び前記第2ケース構成部の少なくとも一方に設けられている請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載の電池パック用ケース。 - 前記第2樹脂部は、前記第1ケース構成部及び前記第2ケース構成部のそれぞれに設けられ、
前記第1ケース構成部の第2樹脂部は第1結合部を有し、前記第2ケース構成部の第2樹脂部は、第1結合部と機械的に嵌合される第2結合部を有している請求項5に記載の電池パック用ケース。 - 前記第1樹脂部及び前記第2樹脂部は、前記第1ケース構成部及び前記第2ケース構成部のそれぞれに設けられ、
前記第1ケース構成部の第1樹脂部と前記第2ケース構成部の第2樹脂部とが互いに結合されている請求項5に記載の電池パック用ケース。 - 前記第1樹脂部は、前記第1ケース構成部及び前記第2ケース構成部のそれぞれに設けられ、
前記第1ケース構成部の第1樹脂部と前記第2ケース構成部の第1樹脂部とが互いに結合されている請求項5に記載の電池パック用ケース。 - 前記第1樹脂部は、前記第1ケース構成部から前記第2ケース構成部に亘って設けられ、
前記第1ケース構成部と前記第2ケース構成部とを繋ぐ前記第1樹脂部は、ヒンジとして機能する請求項5から8の何れか1項に記載の電池パック用ケース。 - 請求項1から9の何れか1項に記載の電池パック用ケースと、
前記電池パック用ケースに収容された電池と、を備えている電池パック。 - 電池パック用ケースの製造方法であって、
成形型のキャビティ内に、樹脂フィルムの所定の部位とキャビティ内面との間に隙間が残らないように前記樹脂フィルムを設置する設置工程と、
前記成形型のキャビティに樹脂を射出して前記樹脂フィルムに一体成形するモールディング工程と、が含まれ、
前記所定の部位は、前記モールディング工程において射出された樹脂によって覆われない部位である電池パック用ケースの製造方法。
- 樹脂フィルムを電池パック用ケースの形状に合わせた成形面により定義される所定の形状に形成するフォーミング工程が含まれ、
前記設置工程では、前記フォーミング工程において前記所定の形状に形成された樹脂フィルムを前記成形型に設置する請求項11に記載の電池パック用ケースの製造方法。 - 電池パックの製造方法であって、
請求項11又は12に記載の電池パック用ケースの製造方法によって製造された電池パック用ケースに少なくとも電池を収容する電池パックの製造方法。
