Claims (9)
- 磁界検知セルと、磁気遮蔽体とを備え、前記磁界検知セルは軟磁性コア及びコイルを備え、この軟磁性コアは前記コイルに取り囲まれ、前記コイルは測定する磁気信号の関数である出力信号を作成するためのものであり、前記磁気遮蔽体は、エアギャップで分離された、一側が開口する一対の外枠部からなり、その磁気遮蔽体の凹部内に前記軟磁性コア及び前記コイルの全体を取り囲むものであり、前記一対の外枠部の各開口を対向させると共に前記磁気遮蔽体の中心軸を磁束線に対し平行に配置することで、前記エアギャップを前記一対の外枠部の間に前記磁束線に対し直交するように形成し、前記磁気遮蔽体の外側の磁界を前記軟磁性コア及び前記コイルにより前記エアギャップを介して検知するための磁界センサー。
- 前記コイルは磁界検知セルの電気信号を作成し処理する回路に接続されている請求項1記載の磁界センサー。
- さらに、前記磁気遮蔽体のスロット孔からその内部まで延びており、前記検知セルのコイルに接続されたフレキシブル回路を備える請求項1又は2記載の磁界センサー。
- 前記磁界検知セルの軟磁性コアが、単数または複数の軟磁性材のリボンである請求項2又は3記載の磁界センサー。
- 前記磁界検知セルの軟磁性コアが、束にされた軟磁性材の細い複数のワイヤー線である請求項2又は3記載の磁界センサー。
- 前記磁気遮蔽体は、前記中心軸に対して軸対称形状である請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の磁界センサー。
- 前記磁気遮蔽体のエアギャップが平坦であり、前記中心軸に対して垂直である請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の磁界センサー。
- 前記磁気遮蔽体が、その磁気遮蔽体内の渦電流を低減するための前記中心軸に対して平行な縦方向スロット孔を備える請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の磁界センサー。
- 前記磁気遮蔽体が、シート状金属から少なくとも部分的にプレス成形されている請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の磁界センサー。
