Description
請求項4の発明は、上記光透過部材の上面に、上記フィルタ付きガラスブロックと上記ミラー付きガラスブロックとともに、高さ合わせ用ガラスを設け、上記フィルタ付きガラスブロック、上記ミラー付きガラスブロック及び上記高さ合わせ用ガラスの上に、上記保護ガラスを設けた、
請求項3記載のフィルタアセンブリである。
傾斜形搭載部13と各Can収納部12間には、傾斜形搭載部13と各Can収納部12をそれぞれ連通し、各LD32a〜32dからの出射光信号をフィルタアセンブリ1に導く4個の光路用穴Ha〜Hdが形成される。各光路用穴Ha〜Hdは、ファイバ側になるにつれて順次長くなるように形成される。

Claims (8)
- 複数個の光素子から出射される異なる波長の光信号を波長多重し波長多重光信号とする、または波長多重光信号を異なる波長の光信号に波長分離して複数個の光素子にそれぞれ入射するフィルタアセンブリにおいて、
上記光信号が伝搬する光透過部材と、上記光透過部材の上面に設けられ上記光信号が出射される、または上記上面に設けられ上記光信号が入射される複数個の光フィルタとを備え、
上記複数個の光フィルタは所定の間隔で設けられ、上記各光フィルタ間に上側反射面が設けられ、上記光透過部材の下面に下側反射面が設けられ、かつ上記波長多重光信号は上記光透過部材内で同一の光路を伝搬し、
上記光透過部材の上下面に上記上側反射面と上記下側反射面を設け、他方、ガラスブロックの一面に上記各光フィルタを設けてフィルタ付きガラスブロックを複数個形成し、上記光透過部材の上面に、上記各上側反射面間を隙間無く埋めるように上記各フィルタ付きガラスブロックをそれぞれ設けたことを特徴とするフィルタアセンブリ。 - 第2のガラスブロックの一面に上記上側反射面となる分割ミラーを設けてミラー付きガラスブロックを複数個形成し、上記光透過部材の上面に、上記ミラー付きガラスブロックをそれぞれ設けた、
請求項1記載のフィルタアセンブリ。 - 上記フィルタ付きガラスブロックと上記ミラー付きガラスブロック上に、保護ガラスを設けた、
請求項2記載のフィルタアセンブリ。 - 上記光透過部材の上面に、上記フィルタ付きガラスブロックと上記ミラー付きガラスブロックとともに、高さ合わせ用ガラスを設け、上記フィルタ付きガラスブロック、上記ミラー付きガラスブロック及び上記高さ合わせ用ガラスの上に、上記保護ガラスを設けた、
請求項3記載のフィルタアセンブリ。 - 上記保護ガラス上に、上記光フィルタに入射する光信号を集光するレンズを設けた、
請求項3又は4記載のフィルタアセンブリ。 - 請求項1〜5いずれかに記載したフィルタアセンブリの光透過部材に、その厚さ方向の片側に波長多重用光路を形成すると共に、反対側に波長分離用光路を形成して2列並列させ、これら波長多重用光路と波長分離用光路を横断するように上記各光フィルタと各反射面を設けたことを特徴とするフィルタアセンブリ。
- 上記波長多重光信号が入射する上記光透過部材の上面に、波長多重光信号のうち、p偏光かs偏光のいずれかを透過するps偏光板を設けた請求項1〜6いずれかに記載のフィルタアセンブリ。
- 電気信号を光信号に、または光信号を電気信号に変換するべく、光素子を収納した光モジュールにおいて、請求項1〜7いずれかに記載のフィルタアセンブリを備えたことを特徴とする光モジュール。
