Description
これらの問題に対し、従来の技術では、水酸化マグネシウムの一部を難燃樹脂であるポリアミドを置換して、機械的特性を維持しつつ、難燃性を向上させている(特許文献1)。
前記ポリアミドが、ポリアミド6とポリアミド66との共重合体であり、前記ポリオレフィン系重合体が、少なくともその一部がポリプロピレン系重合体であり、かつ、前記ポリプロピレン系重合体として、ホモポリプロピレンとマレイン酸変性ホモポリプロピレンとを併せて用いたことを特徴とする電線絶縁体用樹脂組成物である。
ポリオレフィン系重合体からなるベース樹脂100重量部に対して、2重量部以上45重量部以下となるように配合する。ここで、ポリオレフィン系重合体の配合量が2重量部未満であると、機械的と癖が不充分となってしまい、ポリオレフィン系重合体の配合量が45重量部超であると充分な難燃性が得られない。
<電線絶縁体用樹脂組成物の作製>
実施例1〜8の電線絶縁体用樹脂組成物、及び、比較例A〜Kの電線絶縁体用樹脂組成物を、それぞれ表1に示した原料を用いて表2及び表3(原料は表1に示した略号にて表示)に示す配合比(表中、原料の数字は重量部)となるよう、混練が可能な限り低い温度で混練して得た。
Claims (2)
- ポリオレフィン系重合体からなるベース樹脂100重量部に対して、2重量部以上45重量部以下のポリアミド樹脂、60重量以上90重量部以下の金属水酸化物が配合され、
前記ポリアミドが、ポリアミド6とポリアミド66との共重合体であり、
前記ベース樹脂がポリプロピレン系重合体を含むものであり、かつ、
前記ベース樹脂がホモポリプロピレンとマレイン酸変性ホモポリプロピレンを含有している
ことを特徴とする電線絶縁体用樹脂組成物。 - 前記請求項1に記載の電線絶縁体用樹脂組成物からなる被覆層を備えたことを特徴とする被覆電線。
