Description

Claims (12)
- 複数のセルを有するパネルを含むX線像取得装置であって、前記複数のセルのそれぞれは、キロ電子ボルトのエネルギーレベルのX線放射およびメガ電子ボルトのエネルギーレベルのX線放射に応答して光学的なフォトンを生成するものであり、前記複数のセルのそれぞれは、シンチレーション材料から作られる本体部を含み、
前記本体部は、第一の端部、第二の端部、および第一の端部と第二の端部の間の側面部を有する、
前記キロ電子ボルトのエネルギーレベルは、40キロ電子ボルトから1メガ電子ボルト未満の間のレベルであり、
前記メガ電子ボルトのエネルギーレベルは、1メガ電子ボルトから20メガ電子ボルトの間のレベルである、
上記X線像取得装置。 - 前記パネルの前記複数のセルのそれぞれがさらに、前記本体部の側面部に取り付けられる光反射性フィルム、および前記本体部の第一の端部に取り付けられる、X線に対しては透明性をもつ、光反射性フィルムを含む、請求項1に記載のX線像取得装置。
- 前記パネルの前記複数のセルが、X線放射源の放射点に対して焦点合わせされる、請求項1に記載のX線像取得装置。
- 前記パネルの前記複数のセルのぞれぞれの前記本体部の第一の端部が、0.05ミリメートルから0.5ミリメートルの間の辺をもつ実質的に四角形である、請求項1に記載のX線像取得装置。
- 前記パネルの前記複数のセルのぞれぞれの前記本体部が1センチメートの長さをもつ、請求項1に記載のX線像取得装置。
- 前記パネルの前記複数のセルのぞれぞれの前記本体部が、40キロ電子ボルトから20メガ電子ボルトの範囲にある、複数のフォトンエネルギーレベルのX線放射を十分に吸収するとともに、光学的なフォトンに対して実質的に透明なシンチレーション材料から作られる、請求項1に記載のX線像取得装置。
- 前記本体部がヨウ化セシウムから作られる、請求項6に記載のX線像取得装置。
- 前記本体部がビスマス・ゲルマニウム酸塩から作られる、請求項6に記載のX線像取得装置。
- 前記本体部がカドミウム・タングステン酸塩から作られる、請求項6に記載のX線像取得装置。
- さらに、前記パネルと整合した光検出器アレーを含む、請求項1に記載のX線像取得装置。
- 前記光検出器アレーが、複数のアモルファスシリコン検出器を含む、請求項1に記載のX線像取得装置。
- さらに、
前記本体部の側面部を取り囲む光反射性フィルム、及び
前記本体部の第一の端部を覆う、X線に対して透明性をもつ光反射性フィルム
を含む、請求項1に記載のX線像取得装置。
