Description
図1は、この発明の実施の形態1による電動車両の全体ブロック図である。図1を参照して、この電動車両1は、蓄電装置10と、システムメインリレー(以下「SMR(System Main Relay)」とも称する。)12と、昇圧コンバータ14と、インバータ16,18と、モータジェネレータ(以下「MG(Motor Generator)」とも称する。)20,22と、エンジン24と、動力分割装置26と、駆動輪28と、MG−ECU(Electronic Control Unit)30とを備える。また、電動車両1は、DC/DCコンバータ32と、補機電源34と、充電インレット42と、充電器44と、リレー46と、AC/DCコンバータ48と、充電ECU50とをさらに備える。
この実施の形態2では、外部充電時、交流電源60から供給される交流電力を所定の電源電圧(直流)に変換するAC/DCコンバータによって補機電源へも電力が供給され、補機電源に含まれる補機バッテリも外部電源によって充電される。
この実施の形態3では、車体に加わる衝撃を検知可能なGセンサ(加速度センサ)が設けられ、外部充電時に車体に衝撃が加わったことが検知されると、充電器44と蓄電装置10とが電気的に切離されるとともに、AC/DCコンバータ48も補機電源34から電気的に切離される。
Claims (7)
- 車両外部の交流電源(60)によって充電可能に構成された車両の電源システムであって、
再充電可能な蓄電装置(10)と、
前記交流電源から供給される交流電力を受ける充電インレット(42)と、
前記充電インレットから入力される前記交流電力を電圧変換して前記蓄電装置を充電するように構成された充電装置(44,46,50)と、
前記充電インレットと前記充電装置との間に接続され、前記充電インレットから入力される前記交流電力を所定の直流電源電圧に変換して前記充電装置へ供給するように構成されたAC/DCコンバータ(48)とを備える、車両の電源システム。 - 前記充電装置は、
前記交流電力を所定の充電電圧に変換する充電器(44)と、
前記充電器と前記蓄電装置との間に設けられる第1の開閉器(46)と、
前記充電器および前記第1の開閉器を制御するための制御装置(50)とを含み、
前記AC/DCコンバータは、前記電源電圧に変換された電力を、前記充電器、前記第1の開閉器および前記制御装置へ供給する、請求の範囲第1項に記載の車両の電源システム。 - 前記車両の走行時または前記交流電源による前記蓄電装置の非充電時、前記第1の開閉器はオフする、請求の範囲第2項に記載の車両の電源システム。
- 前記車両の補機系へ電力を供給する補機電源(34)をさらに備え、
前記AC/DCコンバータは、前記電源電圧に変換された電力を前記補機電源へさらに供給する、請求の範囲第1項から請求の範囲第3項のいずれかに記載の車両の電源システム。 - 前記蓄電装置に蓄えられる電力を用いて前記車両を駆動するように構成された電気駆動システム(14,16,18,20,22)と、
前記蓄電装置と前記電気駆動システムとの間に設けられる主開閉器(12)と、
前記主開閉器と前記電気駆動システムとの間に配設される電力線に接続され、前記電力線から供給される電力を前記電源電圧に変換して前記補機電源へ供給するように構成されたDC/DCコンバータ(32)とをさらに備え、
前記交流電源による前記蓄電装置の充電時、前記主開閉器はオフし、かつ、前記DC/DCコンバータは停止する、請求の範囲第4項に記載の車両の電源システム。 - 前記車両の衝突を検知可能に構成された衝突検知部(54,50A)と、
前記AC/DCコンバータと前記補機電源との間に設けられる第2の開閉器(52)とをさらに備え、
前記衝突検知部によって前記車両の衝突が検知されたとき、前記第1および第2の開閉器はオフする、請求の範囲第4項に記載の車両の電源システム。 - 請求の範囲第1項に記載の電源システムと、
前記電源システムの蓄電装置に蓄えられる電力を用いて走行トルクを発生する電動機(22)とを備える電動車両。
