Description
Claims (27)
- 眼科用レンズ、コンタクトレンズ、眼内レンズ、光学機器用レンズ、光学的観察レンズおよび接眼レンズバイザーから選択される透明な光学素子の製作における光学部品の使用に適した光学部品(10)であって、前記部品の表面と平行に並置された少なくとも1つの透明なセル(15、25)の群を備え、各セルは気密封止され、光学特性物質を含み、前記セルの群は、部品表面と平行に測定した場合に、前記セルの群の他のセルのサイズと異なるサイズを有する、少なくとも1つのセルを含むことを特徴とする、光学部品。
- 少なくとも1つのセル(15、25)が、前記部品表面と平行に測定した場合に、0.5mmを超える1つの寸法を有する、請求項1に記載の光学部品。
- 少なくとも1つのセル(15、25)が、前記部品表面と平行に測定した場合に、0.5mmから5mmの1つの寸法を有する、請求項1に記載の光学部品。
- 前記セル(15、25)の一部が、前記部品表面と平行に測定した場合に、200μm未満の1つの寸法(D)を有する、請求項1または請求項2のいずれか1項に記載の光学部品。
- 前記セル(15、25)の一部が、前記部品表面と平行に測定した場合に、100μm未満の1つの寸法(D)を有する、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の光学部品。
- 前記セル(15、25)の群が、部品表面の中央ゾーン(Z4)における少なくとも1つの大きいセルと、前記中央ゾーンおよび前記表面の外縁エッジ(B)の間の部品表面に配置される複数の小さいセルとを含む、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の光学部品。
- 前記大きいセルが0.5mmを超える1つの寸法を有し、前記小さいセルの一部が200μm未満の1つの寸法(D)を有する、請求項6に記載の光学部品。
- 前記セルのサイズが、前記光学部品の表面の中央ゾーン(Z4)と前記表面の外縁エッジ(B)との間の連続的サイズ勾配で変化する、請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の光学部品。
- 前記セルのサイズが、前記光学部品の表面の中央ゾーン(Z4)と前記表面の外縁エッジ(B)との間の非連続的サイズ勾配で変化する、請求項1から請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の光学部品。
- 前記セルのサイズが、前記光学部品の表面の中央ゾーン(Z4)と前記表面の外縁エッジ(B)との間の連続的サイズ勾配および非連続的サイズ勾配の組み合わせによって変化する、請求項1から請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の光学部品。
- 前記セル(15、25)の少なくとも一部に含まれる前記光学特性物質が、液体またはゲルの形態である、請求項1から請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の光学部品。
- 前記光学特性が、色付け、フォトクロミズム、偏光および屈折率の特性から選択される、請求項1から請求項11のいずれか1項に記載の光学部品。
- 前記セル(15、25)の少なくとも一部が、前記セル間で異なるそれぞれの光学的屈折率を有する物質を含む、請求項1から請求項12のいずれか1項に記載の光学部品。
- 異なる屈折率の物質を含む前記セルの一部が、様々な寸法(D)を有する、請求項13に記載の光学部品。
- 異なる屈折率の物質を含む前記セルの寸法(D)が、矯正される眼の推定された屈折異常にしたがって適合される、請求項14に記載の光学部品。
- 前記群の少なくとも1つのセル(15、25)が、前記セルの前記光学特性物質を保持する2つの透明素子(21、22)の間に配置され、前記保持素子が、前記光学部品(10)の表面と平行であり、前記セルが、前記2つの保持素子を結ぶ壁(18)によって前記群の他のセルから分離され、前記セルが、前記2つの保持素子と接触する少なくとも1つのスペーサ(28)を備え、前記スペーサ(28)が、前記群の他のセルから前記セルを分離する前記壁(18)から離れている、請求項1から請求項15のいずれか1項に記載の光学部品。
- 前記保持素子(21、22)が、前記群のいくつかのセルに共通である、請求項16に記載の光学部品。
- 前記スペーサ(28)が、前記群の他のセルから前記セルを分離する壁(18)から距離をおいて配置される、請求項16または請求項17のいずれか1項に記載の光学部品。
- 前記スペーサ(28)が、前記部品表面と平行に測定した場合に、5μm未満の厚さを有する、請求項16から請求項18のいずれか1項に記載の光学部品。
- 前記スペーサ(28)および/または前記壁(18)が、少なくとも可視スペクトルの一部を吸収するための光吸収材料を含む、請求項16から請求項19のいずれか1項に記載の光学部品。
- 前記セルを分離する前記スペーサ(28)および前記壁(18)が、同一材料のそれぞれの部分を含む、請求項16から請求項20のいずれか1項に記載の光学部品。
- 前記スペーサ(28)が、前記セル(15、25)に配置されるアドオン素子である、請求項16から請求項21のいずれか1項に記載の光学部品。
- 請求項1から請求項22のいずれか1項に記載の前記光学部品(10)を切り抜くことによって作られる眼鏡レンズ(11)。
- 少なくとも1つの穴を前記部品(10)に穿設することによってレンズ(11)をフレームに固定する、請求項23に記載の眼鏡レンズ。
- 矯正される眼の推定された屈折異常にしたがって、前記セル(15、25)の一部に含まれる前記物質の光学特性、および前記セルの寸法が、レンズ面に沿って異なるように適合される、請求項23または請求項24のいずれか1項に記載の眼鏡レンズ。
- 累進多焦点レンズタイプの、請求項25に記載の眼鏡レンズ。
- 前記セル(15、25)に含まれる前記物質がフォトクロミック物質である、請求項23または請求項24のいずれか1項に記載の眼鏡レンズ。
