Claims (19)
- 透明な光学部品を製造する方法であって、
前記光学部品の一表面と平行に並置される少なくとも1つのセルの一群を有し、各セルが、壁によって分離され、気密封止され、さらに、光学特性を有する物質を含んでいる、透明な光学部品を製造する工程と、
前記光学部品を透過する光の、前記壁による拡散のサイドローブを除去するために、前記壁がアポダイズされたプロファイルを有するように、前記セルの少なくとも1つの端を平滑化する工程と、を含む方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記壁の前記アポダイズされたプロファイルは、前記壁の基部および/または最上部において実行される前記平滑化の工程で得られる、方法。
- 請求項1から請求項2のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、前記平滑化工程は、前記壁の前記最上部の少なくとも1つの前記端において実行される、方法。
- 請求項3に記載の方法において、前記平滑化の工程は、前記壁の前記最上部の両方の前記端において実行される、方法。
- 請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、前記平滑化する工程は、更に、基板の表面に対して垂直の平面において、同一の傾斜を備えた、各壁の2つの側面の製造を含む、方法。
- 請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、前記平滑化する工程は、更に、基板の表面に対して垂直の平面において、異なる傾斜を備えた、各壁の2つの側面の製造を含む、方法。
- 請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、平滑化する工程は、前記壁の前記端に対して対称的または非対称的に実行される、方法。
- 請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、前記端の平滑化する工程は、ガウスプロフィルを有する壁を提供する、方法。
- 請求項1から請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、前記端の平滑化する工程は、化学的または物理化学的なエッチングプロセスによって実施される、方法。
- 請求項9に記載の方法において、前記プロセスは、プラズマエッチングである、方法。
- 請求項1から請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、前記壁の前記アポダイズされたプロファイルは、前記製造方法の間にマスクを使用して前記壁の製造中に直接に得られ、前記マスクが、前記壁を構成する材料から様々な制御された距離に配置される、方法。
- 請求項11に記載の方法において、前記壁を製造するプロセスは、熱転写、熱エンボス加工、マイクロ成形、フォトリソグラフィー、マイクロ堆積、スクリーン印刷法およびインクジェットプロセスから選択される、方法。
- 請求項12に記載の方法において、前記製造プロセスは、前記マイクロ成形および前記フォトリソグラフィーから選択される、方法。
- 請求項1から請求項13のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、前記壁の前記アポダイズされたプロファイルは、エッチングプロセスと、マスクの存在下での前記壁を製造するプロセスとを組み合わせることによって得られる、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記光学素子の所定の形状に対応して前記表面上に画定される輪郭に沿って前記光学部品を切り抜く工程を更に含む、方法。
- 請求項1から請求項15のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、前記光学素子を保持支持体に固定するために、前記光学部品に穿孔する工程を更に含む、方法。
- 請求項1から請求項16のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、前記光学部品の前記セルの一群は、強固で透明な支持体上に直接に形成されるか、あるいは軟質透明フィルム内に形成されてから前記強固で透明な支持体上に移される、方法。
- 請求項17に記載の方法において、前記強固で透明な支持体は、前記セルの前記一群を導入する側において、凸面、凹面、または平面から選択される、方法。
- 請求項1から請求項18のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、前記部品の前記表面に対して平行な前記セルを画定するための、前記アポダイズされたプロファイルを有する前記壁の配列の基板上における形成と、液体またはゲルの形態の前記光学特性を有する物質での前記セルの集合的または個々の充填と、前記セルの前記基板とは反対側の側面部における前記セルの封止とを含む方法。
