Abstract
Description
상기 기판의 씰패턴 하부에는 블랙매트릭스가 더욱 형성되며, 상기 액정 도포의 시작 및 끝단계는 상기 블랙매트릭스 영역 상에서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
Claims (5)
- 진공챔버를 준비하는 단계와;상기 진공챔버 내에 장착되며, 전압인가에 따라 일정한 주파수를 가지는 진동을 발생시키는 발진자(resonator)와, 상기 발진자와 연결되어 일정 진동을 가지는 발진판과, 다수의 오리피스(orifice) 갖는 토출부를 포함하는 잉크젯(ink jet) 장치를 준비하는 단계와;상기 잉크젯 장치와 일정간격 이격되며, 씰패턴이 형성된 기판을 준비하는 단계와;상기 기판을 일정방향으로 이동시키면서, 상기 인가된 전압에 의해 상기 발진자의 진동세기를 조절함으로써 상기 다수의 오리피스(orifice)를 통해 일정량의 액정을 상기 기판 상에 도포하는 단계를 포함하는 잉크젯 방식 액정 도포방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 토출부는, 액정이 주입되는 액정 인/아웃(in/out)부와, 상기 액정의 분사압력을 조정하는 노즐 플레이트를 더욱 포함하는 잉크젯 방식 액정 도포방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 기판의 씰패턴 하부에는 블랙매트릭스가 더욱 형성된 잉크젯 방식 액정 도포방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 액정 도포의 시작 및 끝단계는 상기 블랙매트릭스 영역 상에서 이루어지는 잉크젯 방식 액정 도포방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 다수의 오리피스(orifice)는 상기 기판과 마주하는 상기 노즐 플레이트의 하면에 구성된 잉크젯 방식 액정 도포방법.
