Description

The present invention relates to a filling nozzle used in a liquid filling apparatus for filling a container with, for example, a beverage liquid, and more particularly to a dripping prevention filling nozzle having a dripping prevention screen.

As this type of conventional dripping prevention filling nozzle, for example, those described in Patent Document 1, Patent Document 2, and Patent Document 3 are known.

That is, as shown in FIG. 5, several screens 101 (about 50 to 80 mesh) having a mesh structure for enhancing the rectifying effect and preventing dripping are incorporated in the holder 103 in the filling nozzle. 101 is passed through a plurality of eyes to reduce the pressure gradient of the filling liquid and rectify, and the filling liquid 102 is poured into the opening 201 of the bottle 200 disposed immediately below the filling nozzle 100 ( (See FIG. 5A). When the filling is completed, the residual liquid adhering to the outer surface side (container side) of the tip screen 101A located at the tip of the filling nozzle 100 is held by the surface tension of the tip screen 101A to prevent dripping. It was.

However, in the case of the conventional filling nozzle, the filling liquid is held on the tip screen 101A when the filling is completed, but the holder tip inner peripheral surface 103b located below the tip screen 101A is exposed, so that the residual liquid is It adheres from the lower surface of the tip screen 101A to the inner peripheral surface 103b of the holder tip, and the liquid contact area is expanded (see FIG. 5B).

When the filling speed is low, there is no problem because the droplet falls into the range of the opening 201 of the bottle 200 located below, but when the rotation speed is 600 BPM or higher, as shown in FIG. The droplet 105 in a free state adhering to the holder tip inner peripheral surface 103b falls so as to be swung off to one side of the holder tip inner peripheral surface 103b by centrifugal force, and is outside the opening 201 of the bottle 200. Scatter.
Since there is no step of heat sterilization after filling in the aptic filling, in particular, the bottle mouth dirt and liquid spillage outside the bottle are disliked, and this countermeasure is required.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems of the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a filling nozzle of a liquid filling apparatus capable of effectively preventing dripping.

In order to achieve the above object , the present invention provides a cylindrical holder whose inside serves as a passage for a filling liquid, and a liquid which is disposed on the inner periphery of the tip of the holder and holds liquid in a number of holes when filling is stopped. An anti-sagging filling nozzle provided with a screen engaging portion that engages the tip screen on the inner periphery of the holder.
The tip screen includes an engagement end portion that engages with the screen engagement portion, an annular side wall portion that extends downward from the engagement end portion and fits to the inner peripheral surface of the holder tip portion, and a lower end of the side wall portion And a screen main body part through which the filling liquid permeates.
The inner peripheral surface of the holder front end portion has an arc shape that gradually decreases in diameter toward the lower side, and the outer periphery of the annular wall has an arc shape corresponding to the inner peripheral surface of the holder front end portion.
Further, the screen main body portion may have a flat shape.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the front end screen is engaged with the screen engaging portion on the inner periphery of the holder, and the annular end extends downward from the engaging end portion and is fitted to the inner peripheral surface of the holder front end portion. And a screen main body part that covers the lower end of the side wall part and allows the filling liquid to pass therethrough. In addition, the fitting gap between the side wall portion and the inner peripheral surface of the holder tip portion is supplemented by surface tension, and dripping is prevented.
In particular, the inner circumferential surface of the holder tip has an arc shape that gradually decreases in diameter downward, and the outer circumference of the side wall has an arc shape that corresponds to the inner circumferential surface of the holder tip, so the side wall and the inner circumferential surface of the holder tip are in close contact. It is possible to prevent the droplets from dropping from the gap more reliably.

The present invention will be described below based on the illustrated embodiments.
FIG. 1 shows a dripping prevention filling nozzle according to an embodiment of the present invention.
That is, the dripping prevention filling nozzle 1 is movably mounted in a holding cylinder 2 provided at the tip of a liquid filling apparatus (not shown), and a cylindrical holder 10 whose inside is a passage for the filling liquid and A tip screen 20 that is disposed on the inner periphery of the tip portion 13 of the holder 10 and retains liquid in a number of holes when filling is stopped to prevent dripping. The tip screen 20 is engaged with the inner periphery of the holder 10. A screen engaging portion 11 is provided.

The holder 10 has a cylindrical shape, and an annular convex portion 12 that is slidably fitted to the inner periphery of the holding cylinder 2 is provided in the middle of the outer periphery. The inner peripheral surface 13a of the tip of the holder 10 is narrowed to one step smaller in diameter than the inner peripheral surface 10a of the upstream side of the holder, and the step at the boundary between the inner peripheral surface 13a of the tip and the inner peripheral surface 10a of the holder is screen-engaged. It becomes part 11.

On the inner peripheral surface 10a of the holder main body, five intermediate screens 30 and one rectifying plate 40 are arranged in series on the upstream side of the tip screen 20. The rectifying plate 40 is sandwiched between the three intermediate screens 30 on the downstream side and the two intermediate screens 30 on the upstream side. A ring-shaped collar 50 is interposed between the intermediate screens 30 and between the intermediate screen 30 and the rectifying plate 40 and is held at a predetermined interval. The width of the collar 50 in the radial direction is substantially equal to the width of the step of the screen engaging portion 11.

The intermediate screen 30 positioned at the uppermost stream is pressed downward by a long presser collar 51, and the upper end of the presser collar 51 is fixed by a presser ring 52 fitted into the upper end opening of the holder 10.
The number and interval of the intermediate screen 30 and the current plate 40 are appropriately selected according to the type, viscosity, flow rate, pressure, etc. of the filling liquid. As shown in FIG. 2A, the intermediate screen 30 may be used without providing the rectifying plate 40. In some cases, only the tip screen 20 may be provided without providing the intermediate screen 30.

As shown in FIG. 1C, the tip screen 20 is formed by forming a mesh member in which a number of vertical lines 20a and horizontal lines 20b intersect with a cross-sectional hat shape, and opens between the vertical lines 20a and 20b. The liquid is held in the eyes 20c as a large number of holes.
The tip screen 20 includes an engagement end portion 21 that engages with the screen engagement portion 11 on the inner periphery of the holder tip portion 13, an annular side wall portion 22 that extends downward from the engagement end portion 21, and the side wall portion. And a screen main body 23 that covers the lower end of 21 and allows the filling liquid to pass therethrough.

The holder tip portion inner peripheral surface 13a has an arc shape that gradually decreases in diameter downward, and the side wall portion 21 outer peripheral surface of the tip screen 20 also has an arc shape corresponding to the holder tip portion inner peripheral surface 13a.
The screen main body 23 has a convex shape in which the central portion projects downward from the peripheral portion. In this example, it is formed in a dome shape. The peripheral edge of the screen main body portion 23 is substantially the same position as the holder front end surface 13b, and the screen main body portion 23 protrudes downward from the holder front end surface 13b by the amount protruding in a dome shape.
The shape of the screen main body 23 is not limited to the dome shape, and may be a conical shape. In short, any shape may be used as long as the central portion protrudes downward from the peripheral portion.

The intermediate screen 30 has a disk shape as shown in FIG. 3B and is formed of a mesh member in which a large number of vertical lines and horizontal lines intersect each other, like the tip screen 20.
The mesh material used for the tip screen 20 and the intermediate screen 30 is appropriately selected depending on the type of filling liquid, the viscosity, the number of intermediate screens, the presence / absence of a current plate, and the like. According to experiments, when a mesh material of about # 60 was used for the intermediate screen 30 and a mesh material of about # 40 was used for the tip screen 20, good results were obtained.
As shown in FIG. 3 (A), the rectifying plate 40 has a thick disk shape including a plurality of channels 41 having a predetermined length for rectifying the liquid flow. The channel 41 is formed by a circular through hole. It is configured.

In the dripping prevention filling nozzle having the above-described configuration, the liquid is effectively rectified by the intermediate screen 30 and the flow path 41 of the rectifying plate 40 and poured toward the opening of a container (not shown).
After the completion of filling, residual liquid adheres from the lower surface of the screen main body 23 of the tip screen 20 located at the tip of the filling nozzle 1 to the tip of the holder, but the wetted part of the holder tip inner peripheral surface 103b as shown in FIG. Therefore, the residual liquid is held in the eyes of the screen main body portion 23 by the surface tension, and does not occur under the filling liquid droplets.
Since the side wall portion 22 of the tip screen 20 is fitted to the holder tip portion inner peripheral surface 13 a, the liquid droplets are not only on the screen main body portion 23 but also in the fitting gap between the holder tip portion inner peripheral surface 13 a and the side wall portion 22. It is supplemented by tension, and the dripping prevention effect is high.
Particularly, the holder tip inner peripheral surface 13a has an arc shape with a gradually decreasing diameter, and the side wall 22 outer peripheral surface has an arc shape corresponding to the holder tip inner peripheral surface 13a. The inner peripheral surface 13a of the tip end part is in close contact in the axial direction, and it is possible to more effectively prevent the liquid droplet from dropping from the fitting gap.

Further, since the screen main body portion 23 has a convex shape with the central portion protruding downward from the peripheral portion, the droplet on the inner peripheral surface 13a side of the holder front end portion is drawn toward the screen main body portion 23 side. A small amount of droplets adhere to the inner peripheral surface 13a side, so that the droplets can be more reliably prevented from dropping. In addition, the residual liquid collects at the center of the dome-shaped screen, and even if it drops, it drops from the center of the dome and therefore does not adhere to the bottle mouth.

Other Embodiments Next, other embodiments of the present invention will be described. In the following description, it is intended to illustrate only the points different from the above embodiment, the same constituent parts you omit will be denoted by the same reference numerals.

In FIG. 4A, the screen body 23 is a flat surface.
Even if the outer peripheral surface of the side wall portion 22 and the inner peripheral surface 13a of the tip of the holder are fitted, the liquid droplet is supplemented in the fitting gap between the outer peripheral surface of the side wall portion 22 and the inner peripheral surface 13a of the front end, thereby preventing dripping. Is obtained.

In each of the above embodiments, the tip screen 20 is entirely formed of a single mesh member. However, only the side wall portion 22 and the screen main body portion 23 are mesh members, and the engagement end portion 21 is equivalent to the collar 50. The side wall portion 22 and the ring member may be joined together by welding or the like, or the collar 50 may be integrally formed with the collar 50 as an engagement end portion. Further, only the screen main body portion 23 is a mesh member, the engaging end portion 21 and the side wall portion 22 are configured by a cylindrical ring member with a flange (not shown), and the screen main body portion 23 is welded to the ring member. Also good.
Moreover, you may use the perforated plate which provided many fine holes in the thin plate, without using a mesh member for a front-end | tip screen. In short, what is necessary is just the structure which hold | maintains a liquid in many holes with surface tension.
