前記キャップが、前記口部に着脱可能な装着筒部を備えるとともに該装着筒部の上端に径方向内側に延在する環状頂部が一体に設けられた装着部材と、前記吸上げ部を備えるとともに該吸上げ部に前記環状頂部の下方に配置される上部フランジが一体に設けられた吸上げ部材と、前記隔離部を備えるとともに該隔離部に前記吸上げ部材の前記上部フランジの下面に沿って配置される中間フランジが一体に設けられた隔離部材と、前記ノズル部を備えるとともに該ノズル部に前記隔離部材の前記中間フランジの下方に配置される下部フランジが一体に設けられたノズル部材と、を有し、
