Description
され磁性体からなる金属層と、前記銅鍋の外側底壁面を除く銅鍋の外側と前記金属層の外側に被覆された透明樹脂層と、前記銅鍋の内側壁面に被覆された保護層と、を有し、前記銅鍋と前記保護層との間に熱伝導性の高い金属層を形成したことを特徴とする。
(1)所定の肉厚を有する銅板又は銅合金板と磁性板とを接合したクラッド材を用いて、前記磁性板が外側に位置するように上方が開口し有底の筒状容器を形成し、
(2)前記筒状容器の胴壁面から前記磁性板を削除して前記銅板又は銅合金板を露出させ、
(3)外部に露出している銅板又は銅合金板を透明樹脂層で被覆することによって製造する方法を採用できる。

Claims (1)
- 銅又は銅合金を基材とした銅鍋と、当該銅鍋の外側底壁面に形成され磁性体からなる金属層と、前記銅鍋の外側底壁面を除く銅鍋の外側と前記金属層の外側に被覆された透明樹脂層と、前記銅鍋の内側壁面に被覆された保護層と、を有し、
前記銅鍋と前記保護層との間に熱伝導性の高い金属層を形成したことを特徴とする調理容器。
