Description
Claims (10)
- 心臓弁を修復するための器具であって、
胸壁を通して心室内に挿入する軸と、
前記軸の遠位端上に設けられ、前記軸の前記遠位端に接する弁小葉を捕獲および保持するために、前記軸の胸郭外端部から操作可能な可動要素と、
前記器具の前記遠位端内に配置された縫合糸と、
前記軸の前記遠位端上に設けられ、捕獲された弁小葉を穿刺し、前記穿刺を通して縫合糸を引き戻すために、前記軸の前記胸郭外端部から操作可能な針機構と、
前記軸を通って延び、前記軸の前記遠位端で終端する照射光ファイバと、
前記軸を通って延び、前記軸の前記遠位端で終端するセンサ光ファイバと、を備え、
前記弁小葉が捕獲されると、光が前記弁小葉に伝達され、前記センサ光ファイバを通って戻るように、前記光ファイバの前記遠位端が位置合わせされている、心臓弁を修復するための器具。 - 複数の照射およびセンサ光ファイバを備え、これらの遠位端が前記針機構の周りに配置されている、請求項1に記載の器具。
- 前記可動要素が、前記軸の前記遠位端に摺動可能に取り付けられた先端部であり、前記先端部と前記軸の遠位端との間に空間が形成される開位置から、前記空間が実質的に小さくなり、その間に弁小葉を把持する閉位置に摺動可能である、請求項1に記載の器具。
- 前記針機構が、前記軸の前記遠位端から外側に、捕獲された弁小葉を通って、前記先端部内へ延びるように操作可能である、請求項3に記載の器具。
- 前記縫合糸が、前記先端部内に配置され、前記針機構が、前記先端部内に延びると前記縫合糸に係合する手段を含む、請求項4に記載の器具。
- 前記係合手段が、前記弁小葉を穿刺する針の一端に沿って形成された切り欠き部であり、前記切り欠き部が、前記針機構が前記先端部内に延びると、前記縫合糸を引っ掛けるように位置合わせされる、請求項5に記載の器具。
- 前記縫合糸が、前記縫合糸の中間点で、前記先端部内に延びるように形成されたループを備えて、前記軸内に配置される、請求項4に記載の器具。
- 前記係合手段が、前記弁小葉を穿刺する針の一端に沿って形成された切り欠き部であり、前記切り欠き部が、前記針機構が前記先端部内に延びると、前記縫合糸内に形成された前記ループを引っ掛けるよう位置合わせされている、請求項7に記載の器具。
- 前記縫合糸がループであり、前記針機構が、前記弁小葉を穿刺する前記針機構の一端に沿って形成された切り欠き部を含み、前記切り欠き部が、前記針機構が前記先端部内に延びると、先端部内に配置された前記縫合糸のループの一端を引っ掛けるように位置合わせされている、請求項4に記載の器具。
- 前記縫合糸のループの他端が、前記針機構の周りで、前記弁小葉の近位点で巻かれている、請求項9に記載の器具。
