一种经心尖植入人工腱索修复二尖瓣反流的微创手术器械,包括顺序相连的夹钳、导管和法兰接头,以及开合拉杆、锁定推杆和穿刺导丝;夹钳为圆头夹钳,包括活动钳夹、固定钳夹和固定钳夹座,活动钳夹开有轴向进、径向出的弯曲导引孔,固定钳夹开有径向V型通槽;穿刺导丝可顺序穿过法兰接头、导管、固定钳夹座、活动钳夹的弯曲导引孔、固定钳夹的径向V型通槽并从固定钳夹的径向V型通槽穿出;锁定推杆顺序穿过法兰接头、导管、固定钳夹座到达固定钳夹的径向V型通槽。本发明器械体型小,结构紧凑,手术操作简单,极大地缩短了手术时间,提高了手术效率与安全性,手术创伤小,安全方便,能达到更好的手术效果。

Description

经心尖植入人工腱索修复二尖瓣反流的微创手术器械
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械,尤其涉及一种经心尖植入人工腱索修复二尖瓣反流的微创手术器械。
背景技术
在治疗二尖瓣反流的修复手术中,传统外科手术创伤大、风险高,特别是对于终末期心衰合并功能性二尖瓣反流的患者很难耐受外科手术,因而现在临床上对微创修复二尖瓣反流的手术有很大的需求。现有应用及临床的微创修复二尖瓣反流技术大多存在国外,还未有国内具有自主知识产权的微创修复二尖瓣技术。国外的技术以系统、MOBIUS系统和DS1000系统等为主流产品,而它们都有各自的缺陷。系统输送系统距离长、需要穿破房间隔、捕获二尖瓣需要较长时间且价格昂贵,MOBIUS系统虽然经心尖,输送系统较短,但是成功率较低,负压吸引捕获系统可能造成严重的失血。而DS1000系统也因价格昂贵等原因存在一定的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的,就是为了解决上述问题,提供一种经心尖植入人工腱索修复二尖瓣反流的微创手术器械。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:一种经心尖植入人工腱索修复二尖瓣反流的微创手术器械,包括顺序相连的夹钳、导管和法兰接头,以及开合拉杆、锁定推杆和穿刺导丝;所述夹钳为圆头夹钳,包括活动钳夹、固定钳夹和固定钳夹座,活动钳夹开有轴向进、径向出的弯曲导引孔,固定钳夹开有径向V型通槽;所述穿刺导丝可顺序穿过法兰接头、导管、固定钳夹座、活动钳夹的弯曲导引孔、固定钳夹的径向V型通槽并从固定钳夹的径向V型通槽穿出;所述锁定推杆顺序穿过法兰接头、导管、固定钳夹座到达固定钳夹的径向V型通槽。
所述活动钳夹和固定钳夹的内侧面分别设有无创伤排齿。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下明显效果:结构设计合理,经过心尖进入左心室,通过夹面无创伤排齿能加大与二尖瓣瓣叶的摩擦,进行有效的捕获,穿刺导丝与人工腱索经由活动钳夹内部的弯曲导引孔弯曲并穿过二尖瓣瓣叶进行腱索重建,手术使用方便,且安全可靠,成本得到了相应的降低。

具体实施方式
参见图1,配合参见图2、图3,本发明的经心尖植入人工腱索修复二尖瓣反流的微刨手术器械,包括顺序相连的夹钳1、导管2和法兰接头3,以及开合拉杆4、锁定推杆5和穿刺导丝6。夹钳1为圆头夹钳,包括活动钳夹11、固定钳夹12和固定钳夹座13,其中的活动钳夹开有轴向进、径向出的弯曲导引孔14,固定钳夹开有径向V型通槽15。穿刺导丝6可顺序穿过法兰接头、导管、固定钳夹座、活动钳夹的弯曲导引孔、固定钳夹的径向V型通槽并从固定钳夹的径向V型通槽穿出;锁定推杆5顺序穿过法兰接头、导管、固定钳夹座到达固定钳夹的径向V型通槽。在活动钳夹和固定钳夹的内侧面分别设有无创伤排齿16。
本发明中的法兰接头3可转接通用外科手术器械手柄。
开合拉杆4前端与连接销7固连,连接销7位于滑槽8中。
本发明可通过法兰接头3转接通用外科器械手柄;手柄有两种功能:
1.控制开合拉杆4,实现器械开合;
2.控制锁定推杆5实现对穿刺导丝的6的捕捉与锁定。
活动夹钳11上部开有弯曲导引孔14,与外壳2、法兰接头3相通;穿刺导丝6引导人工腱索穿过法兰接头3经由弯曲导引孔14即可,达到活动钳夹11与固定钳夹12夹面处,从而垂直穿过二尖瓣瓣叶。
固定钳夹12前端开有径向V型通槽15,推动锁定推杆5即可捕捉并锁定穿过二尖瓣瓣叶的穿刺导丝6。
本发明中的无创伤排齿16在捕获二尖瓣瓣叶时不会对二尖瓣组织造成创伤,且使光滑的二尖瓣叶更容易被捕获。
本发明在转接后续通用外科手术器械手柄时可安装限位座,拉动器械时不会造成器械的破坏。

1.一种经心尖植入人工腱索修复二尖瓣反流的微创手术器械,包括顺序相连的夹钳、导管和法兰接头,以及开合拉杆、锁定推杆和穿刺导丝;其特征在于,所述夹钳为圆头夹钳,包括活动钳夹、固定钳夹和固定钳夹座,活动钳夹开有轴向进、径向出的弯曲导引孔,固定钳夹开有径向V型通槽;所述穿刺导丝可顺序穿过法兰接头、导管、固定钳夹座、活动钳夹的弯曲导引孔、固定钳夹的径向V型通槽并从固定钳夹的径向V型通槽穿出:所述锁定推杆顺序穿过法兰接头、导管、固定钳夹座到达固定钳夹的径向V型通槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的经心尖植入人工腱索修复二尖瓣反流的微创手术器械,其特征在于,所述活动钳夹和固定钳夹的内侧面分别设有无创伤排齿。
