Description
Claims (16)
- 支持部(18)と、工作物主軸台(20)と、心押し台(23)とを備える工作物保持装置を有する工作物を加工するための工作機械であって、前記支持部(18)が第1の側面(27)と第2の側面(28)によって画定される断面を有しており、前記工作物主軸台(20)が前記第1の側面(27)に取り付けられ、前記心押し台(23)が、前記第1の側面(27)とは異なる前記第2の側面(28)に移動可能に取り付けられていることを特徴とする工作機械。
- 計測装置(29)が、前記工作物主軸台(20)と前記心押し台(23)との間で前記支持部(18)に取り付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の工作機械。
- 計測装置(29)を保護するための移動可能な保護手段(30)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の工作機械。
- 前記支持部(18)が、枢動軸(19)周りで枢動することができることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか一項に記載の工作機械。
- 垂直方向と、前記心押し台(23)が取り付けられている前記支持部(18)の前記第2の側面(28)との間の角度(α)が0度より大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか一項に記載の工作機械。
- 工作物(26)を切削するための旋削装置(4)及び/又は少なくとも1つの研磨装置(5、6、41)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか一項に記載の工作機械。
- 前記研磨装置(6、41)が、前記工作物の軸(22)に対してある角度で配置された回転軸の周りで回転することができる研磨工具(12、42)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の工作機械。
- 前記研磨装置(5、6、41)及び/又は前記旋削装置(4)が、少なくとも2つの移動軸(X、Z)に沿って移動することができることを特徴とする、請求項6又は7のいずれか一項に記載の工作機械。
- 前記研磨装置及び前記旋削装置が、互いに独立に前記2つの移動軸(X、Z)に沿って移動することができることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の工作機械。
- 前記第1の移動軸(Z)が実質的に水平方向に向いており、前記第2の移動軸(X)と垂直方向との間の角度(β)が0度より大きいことを特徴とする、請求項8又は9のいずれか一項に記載の工作機械。
- 少なくとも2個の工作物を取り上げるための工作物把持装置(39)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか一項に記載の工作機械。
- マシン・ベッド(1、37)を更に含み、前記マシン・ベッド及び前記工作物保持装置(18、20、23)が、加工中に発生する材料を下方向に取り除くために水平方向に対し傾斜している面(1a、27、28、37a)を備える、請求項1から11までのいずれか一項に記載の工作機械。
- 前記工作物保持装置(18、20、23)が、前記マシン・ベッド(1)から間隔をあけてブラケット(37)に固定されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から12までのいずれか一項に記載の工作機械。
- 前記マシン・ベッド(1)が傾斜したベッド(1a)として形成され、前記ブラケット(37)が傾斜面(37a)を有することを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の工作機械。
- 落下してくる材料を収集し、且つ/又は運び去るための収集装置(35、36)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から14までのいずれか一項に記載の工作機械。
- 前記支持部(18)は、多角形断面を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の工作機械。
