Claims (3)
- 発光層を第1および第2電極間に備え、第1および第2電極間に電圧を印加することで前記発光層に電流を流し発光する有機EL素子を含む画素を複数配列して形成された有機ELパネルであって、
第1の色の有機EL素子には、オレンジ色および青色の色で各々発光する複数の発光層が積層して設けられ、
第2の色の有機EL素子には、緑色で発光する発光層が設けられることを特徴とする有機ELパネル。 - 請求項1に記載の有機ELパネルにおいて、
前記有機EL素子は、有機層として、前記発光層とともにホール輸送層を有し、前記ホール輸送層は、複数画素に共通の層とすることを特徴とする有機ELパネル。 - 請求項1または2に記載の有機ELパネルにおいて、
前記有機EL素子は、有機層として、前記発光層とともに電子輸送層を有し、前記電子輸送層は、複数画素に共通の層とすることを特徴とする有機ELパネル。
